Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pawilon treningowy, stosowany jako element malej architektury, mogacy stanowic wyposazenie terenów przyleglych do boisk sportowych, placów zabaw, parków i innych. Pawilon ze wzgledu na miejsce usytuowania i budowe moze pelnic oprócz swej zasadniczej funkcji role nosnika reklamowego. The subject of the industrial design is a training pavilion, used as an element of small architecture, which can be used to furnish areas adjacent to sports fields, playgrounds, parks and others. Due to its location and construction, the pavilion can fulfill the role of an advertising medium in addition to its main function.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz zdobieniu. The essence of the pattern is a new and original form of the object, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the object is reflected in the shape, surface properties and decoration.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany 1 na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia pawilon odstrony czolowej, przeznaczony do zajec z pilka reczna, nozna lub inna, fig.2 - prezentuje pawilon od strony czolowej do zajec z pilka tenisowa fig.3- ilustruje pawilon do zajec z pilka reczna, nozna lub inna z pelnym wyposazeniem w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu oraz z boku, zas fig.4 - uwidacznia pawilon do zajec z pilka tenisowa z pelnym wyposazeniem w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu oraz z boku. The object of the industrial design is presented 1 in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows the pavilion from the frontal side, intended for activities with a handball, football or other ball, fig. 2 - shows the pavilion from the front side to activities with a tennis ball, fig. 3- illustrates the handball, soccer or other activity pavilion fully equipped in front and side perspective views and fig. 4 shows the fully equipped tennis ball pavilion in front and side perspective views.

Pomiedzy elementami szkieletu, utworzonymi z napelnionych powietrzem rekawów 1 sa zamocowane siatki 4 tworzace boczne scianki 2 oraz dach 3 pawilonu. Tylna scianka 6 pawilonu od strony wewnetrznej jest do pewnej wysokosci wyposazona w usztywniona f*lyte 7. Uzupelniajacym wyposazeniem pawilonu jest radar 8. Radar 8 jest polaczony z tablica wyników wyposazona w wyswietlacz 9, na którym pokazuje sie wynik 10. Na bocznych i frontowych powierzchniach pawilonu sa rozmieszczone róznorodne motywy 11, graficzne i slowno- graficzne o charakterze reklamowym. Pomiedzy elementami szkieletu, utworzonymi z napelnionych powietrzem rekawów 1 sa zamocowane siatki 4 tworzace boczne scianki 2 oraz dach 3 pawilonu. Tylna scianka 6 pawilonu od strony wewnetrznej jest do pewnej wysokosci wyposazona w usztywniona plyte 7. Uzupelniajacym wyposazeniem pawilonu jest radar 8. Radar 8 jest polaczony z tablica wyników wyposazona w wyswietlacz 9, na którym pokazuje sie wynik 10. Na bocznych i frontowych powierzchniach pawilonu sa rozmieszczone róznorodne motywy 11, graficzne i slowno- graficzne o charakterze reklamowym. Pawilon, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym od czola jest wyposazony w rozmieszczona w dolnej czesci siatke 12.
