Otrzymana membrana o grubosci 1,5 mm jest elastyczna i posiada wlasnosci dializujace.2 75 704 PL PLPriority: Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: January 15, 1975 75704 KI. 12d, 1/04 MKP B01d 13/00 READING ROOM Office * PaW * w # g (* WsMlJ Izimpicn. ¦--, Luuol.: Creator of the invention: Wieslaw Lichnowski Temporary patent holder: Research and Design Institute of the Paint and Varnish Industry, Gliwice ( Poland) The method of obtaining dialysis membranes The subject of the invention is a method for the preparation of dialysis membranes, especially for water-soluble electrophoretic paints. The purpose of the invention is to obtain flexible dialysis membranes, especially for water-soluble electrophoretic paints from generally available raw materials, through simple operations that do not require the use of complicated equipment. The technical task to be solved is to select the grammage of the fabric and its saturation with the dispersion resin to obtain an elastic dialysis membrane. This aim was achieved in such a way that the cotton and 4 filter cloth, previously moistened distilled or deionized water are saturated with the aqueous dispersion of acrylic-styrene copolymer obtained by emulsion copolymerization with the use of an emulsifier. After drying at 20-30 ° C. to obtain a transparent copolymer layer, the emulsifier is washed from the membrane by immersion in distilled or deionized water for 72 hours at room temperature, and the water bath is replaced several times with fresh. The membrane thus obtained is uniformly matt over the entire surface. The main technical advantage resulting from the application of the method according to the invention is obtaining dialysis membranes from generally available in the country raw materials by simple operations that do not require the use of special equipment. The aqueous dispersion of the styrene-acrylic copolymer is applied by pouring onto a cotton filter cloth having a basis weight of 0.06 g / cm 2, previously moistened with distilled water, and then dried at 25 ° C for 24 hours. The emulsifier is washed out of the membrane obtained in this way by immersion in distilled water for 72 hours at room temperature, with the water bath being replaced several times with fresh. The resulting membrane, 1.5 mm thick, is flexible and has dialysis properties.2 75 704 PL PL
