Nowa postac wzoru, zmierzajaca do celów zdobniczych wystepuje w jego ksztalcie.Oprawa lampy jarzeniowej wedlug wzoru jest uwidoczniona na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia oprawe lampy jarzeniowej w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, a fig. 2 - te sama oprawe w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu. Oprawa lampy jarzeniowej wedlug wzoru ma w widoku z boku w dolnej czesci ksztalt prostokata, w górnej zas polaczonego z nim piecioboku. Górna scianka oprawy jest w czesci tylnej pozioma i plaska, wykonana z nieprzezroczystego materialu, w czesci przedniej - pólprzezroczysta i nachylona pod niewielkim katem do poziomu. W widoku z przodu oprawa sklada sie z plaskiej, pionowej dolnej czesci, w której sa umieszczone wlaczniki oraz ewentualnie gniazdko zasilajace, oraz z czesci górnej, nachylonej pod katem okolo 135 stopni do dolnej pionowej czesci i zaopatrzonej w otwory okragle oraz szczelinowe, stanowiace zródlo swiatla przeznaczone do czytania. Wszystkie przewody i elementy zasilajace znajduja sie wewnatrz oprawy. Górna, nachylona do poziomu pólprzezroczysta scianka oprawy sluzy do oswietlenia sufitu. Oprawa lampy jarzeniowej wedlug wzoru zapewnia posrednie oswietlenie pomieszczenia swiatlem odbitym od sufitu oraz oddzielne oswietlenie przeznaczonne do czytania, dzieki czemu moze byc stosowana w pomieszczeniach intensywnej terapii w szpitalach. Priority since 12 July 1999, No. DM/048587 (WIPO) Fluorescent lamp holder The subject of the design is a fluorescent lamp holder, used particularly in intensive care units in hospitals. A new form of the design, intended for ornamental purposes, appears in its shape. The fluorescent lamp holder according to the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the fluorescent lamp holder in a side perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the same holder in a front perspective view. In a side view, the fluorescent lamp holder according to the design has the shape of a rectangle in the lower part, and an interconnected pentagon in the upper part. The upper wall of the luminaire is horizontal and flat at the rear, made of opaque material, while the front is translucent and inclined at a slight angle to the horizontal. From the front, the luminaire consists of a flat, vertical lower section containing switches and, if applicable, a power socket. The upper section is inclined at an angle of approximately 135 degrees to the lower vertical section and is equipped with circular and slit openings, which constitute the light source for reading. All cables and power components are located inside the luminaire. The upper, translucent wall of the luminaire, inclined to the horizontal, serves as a ceiling light. The fluorescent lamp luminaire, as designed, provides indirect room lighting with light reflected from the ceiling and separate lighting for reading, making it suitable for use in intensive care units in hospitals.
