Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac koperty zegarka, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l przedstawia k ope rt e zegarka w widoku z przodu, fig.2- koperte zegarka w widoku z tylu, fig.3- koperte zegarka w widoku z boku, fig.4- koper- te zegarka w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.5- koperte zegarka w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku. Koperta zegarka wedlug wzoru, obej mu ] dc a kolista plansze cyfrowa z datownikiem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry i z dolu, ma zarys osmioboku, którego trzyboki sa lukowate, a na czterech bokach znajduja sie wybrania, kazde majace zarys w przyblizeniu litery "U". Pomiedzy kazda para sasiadujacych wybran o zarysie "U", odpowiednio naprze- ciw godziny dwunastej i szóstej, usytuowany jest wystep, któ- ry ma na stronie wierzchniej podluzny rowek, a na stronie spodniej poprzeczny rowek. Na górnej powierzchni koperty, wokól planszy cyfrowej, znajduje sie pierscien z podzialka cyfrowa, którego krawedz zewnetrzna jest zabkowana. Ponadto nakretka zegarka usytuowana jest w wybraniu o zarysie prosto- katnym, zas na spodniej stronie koperty znajduja sie napisy literowe. The essence of the design is a new form of a watch case, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 shows the watch case from the front, fig. 2 - the watch case from the back, fig. 3 - the watch case from the side, fig. 4 - the watch case from the other side, and fig. 5 - the watch case in perspective views from the front, from above, and from the side. The watch case, according to the design, includes a mu ] dc and a circular digital display with a date aperture, is characterized by its top and bottom views, which have an octagonal outline, with arc-shaped triangles and recesses on all four sides, each roughly forming the shape of the letter "U." Between each pair of adjacent "U"-shaped recesses, opposite the twelve and six o'clock positions, respectively, is a protrusion with a longitudinal groove on the upper side and a transverse groove on the underside. On the upper surface of the case, around the digital display, is a ring with a digital scale, the outer edge of which is serrated. Furthermore, the watch's cap is located in a rectangular recess, while the underside of the case features letter inscriptions. PL PL PL
