Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zegarka na reke, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.1 przedstawia zegarek na reke w widoku od strony wierzchniej, fig.2- zegarek na reke w widoku od strony spodniej, fig.3- zegarek na reke w widoku od strony bocznej, fig.4- zegarek na reke w widoku od drugiej strony bocznej, a fig.5- zegarek na reke w widoku perspekty- wicznym. Zegarek na reke wedlug wzoru, obejmujacy koperte z kolista plansza cyfrowa, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze kopertazegarka, w widoku z góry, ma zarys dziesiecioboku, którego dwa boki sa faliste, przy czym na powierzchni wierzchniej ko- perty zegarka znajduje sie karb usytuowany na osi symetrii zegarka, a krawedzie koperty zegarka sa sciete. Nakretka ze- garka usytuowana jest na falistym boku koperty na linii prze- biegajacej przez godzine 4.30. Od strony spodniej koperty znajduja sie dwa wybrania o zarysach prostokatnych, a w kaz- dym wybraniu usytuowany jest walcowy zaczep. The essence of the design is a new form of a wristwatch, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 shows the wristwatch viewed from the top, fig. 2 - the wristwatch viewed from the underside, fig. 3 - the wristwatch viewed from the side, fig. 4 - the wristwatch viewed from the other side, and fig. 5 - the wristwatch in a perspective view. A wristwatch modeled after this design, featuring a case with a circular digital display, is characterized by a top-down decagon-shaped design with two wavy sides. The top surface of the watch case features a notch located on the watch's axis of symmetry, and the edges of the watch case are chamfered. The watch's crown is located on the wavy side of the case, on a line running through the 4:30 position. The underside of the case features two rectangular recesses, each containing a cylindrical lug.
