Znane sa z polskich opisów patentowych PL 237732B1 pt. „Sposób oczyszczania gazu koksowni- czego z naftalenu, amoniaku i siarkowodoru" i PL 220286B1 pt. „Sposób odsiarczania i odamoniakowania gazu koksowniczego i urzadzenie do odsiarczania i odamoniakowania gazu koksowniczego" rozwiaza- nia, wedlug których siarkowodór i amoniak absorbowane sa roztworami wodnymi i roztwory te jako tak zwana wode zakwaszona kieruje sie do desorpcji. Desorpcje prowadzi sie w kolumnowym urzadzeniu odkwaszajaco-odpedowym z sekcjami roboczymi umieszczonymi jedna nad druga, a dla rozkladu amo- niaku zwiazanego wprowadza sie wodorotlenek sodu. Dodatkowe wyposazenie stanowia pólki rozprowadzajace i zraszacze. Kolumny w sekcji odkwaszajacej wykonywane sa z hastelloy’u C22, a w cze- sci odpedowej i podcisnieniowej z hastelloy’u C22 oraz wysokochromowych stali stopowych. PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the design The subject of the utility model is a device for distilling acidic components and ammonia absorbed from industrial gases, especially coke oven gas, from process water for use in industrial sectors, mainly in coke plants using the ammonia gas desulfurization method. They are known from Polish patent descriptions PL 237732B1 entitled "Method of purifying coke oven gas from naphthalene, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide" and PL 220286B1 entitled "Method for desulfurization and deammonization of coke oven gas and device for desulfurization and deammonization of coke oven gas" provides a solution in which hydrogen sulphide and ammonia are absorbed in aqueous solutions and these solutions, as so-called acidified water, are directed to desorption. Desorption is carried out in a column-type deacidification and stripping device with working sections placed one above the other, and sodium hydroxide is introduced to decompose the bound ammonia. Hydrogen sulphide is desorbed in the upper working section of the device, and the so-called deacidified water and gas water are fed to the lower section to desorb the ammonia. Steam, as so-called stripping steam, is introduced into the device at multiple points as a working medium, facilitating the desorption of hydrogen sulphide and ammonia from water. Sodium hydroxide is fed to the lower section, below the level of the post-gasification water inlet. The stripped water obtained during the process, with a volatile ammonia content of 120-180 mg/l, is directed to the vacuum section of the column-type deacidification and stripping device. Solids and tar are then removed from the resulting stripped water, with an ammonia content of 60-100 mg/l. The upper, deacidification section is filled with a structural packing made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic or another material resistant to the medium in which the acidic components are desorptioned. The packing is mounted on grates supported by internal support rings connected to the shell. Additional equipment includes distribution shelves and sprinklers. The lower, stripping section is filled in its upper part with a structural packing made of plastic or other material resistant to the medium, and has a shelf packing in the lower part. The bubbler plates are fitted with caps made of cast iron, Hastelloy, or plastic. Due to the aggressiveness of aqueous solutions of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia and the prevailing temperatures, the desorption devices are constructed as thermally insulated deacidification-stripping columns made of cast iron or highly resistant construction materials. For columns other than cast iron, the variable impact of the aggressiveness of the media in individual sections of the deacidification-stripping column is taken into account. The columns in the deacidification section are made of Hastelloy C22, while the stripping and vacuum sections are made of Hastelloy C22 and high-chromium alloy steels. Titanium is sometimes used in the deacidification section. Due to their very heavy weight, technological difficulties in processing large castings, relatively short device life, and susceptibility to chemical damage, deacidification-stripping columns made of cast iron generate high capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating expenditure (OPEX), which is why they are gradually being phased out. At the same time, deacidification-stripping columns made of high-chromium construction materials or titanium generate very high capital costs, sometimes three times higher than those of cast iron columns. The purpose of the solution according to the utility model is to develop such a design of a device for distilling acidic components and ammonia absorbed from industrial gases from process water, which allows for reducing the costs of its construction and operating costs while increasing the service life of the device. The essence of the device for distilling acidic components and ammonia absorbed from industrial gases from process water, which has the form of a column containing a deacidification section, a stripping section and a vacuum section placed one above the other, having structural packing for desorption of acidic components and ammonia and a tray packing for distributing liquid and desorption of bound ammonia, provided with connectors for introducing and removing process media, consists in the fact that it has an external jacket located between the top of the column and the lower part of the stripping section, above the level of mounting of the tray packing with cap trays. Between the outer jacket and the inner jacket, there is an insulating and centring insert permanently attached to the outer jacket. The device, as per the utility model, features a double-jacket column design that allows for the outer jacket to be made of a material resistant to external factors, i.e., mechanical and atmospheric factors, and allows for the thin-walled inner jacket, which includes the deacidification section and the upper part of the stripping section, to be made of a material with high chemical resistance. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, which shows a longitudinal cross-section of a device for distilling acidic components and ammonia absorbed from industrial gases from process water. The device is a column 1, which in its upper part contains a deacidification section 2 with structured filling 3, an acidified water inlet connector 4 and a phlegm inlet connector 5, a deacidified water outlet connector 6 and a steam-gas mixture outlet connector 7. Below the deacidification section 2 there is a stripping section 8 with structured filling 9 and a gas water inlet connector 10. In the lower part 8' of the stripping section 8 there is a shelf filling 11 with cap shelves 12 and is provided with a sodium lye inlet connector 13, a stripping steam inlet connector 14 and a stripped water outlet connector 15. Below the stripping section 8 there is a section vacuum 16 having a stripped water inlet connector 17, a stripped water outlet connector 18, a secondary steam outlet connector 19 and a sludge outlet connector 20. The device has an external jacket 21 made of a material resistant to the influence of external factors, i.e. mechanical and atmospheric factors, located between the top of the column 1 and the lower part 8' of the stripping section 8, above the level of mounting of the shelf filling 11 with cap shelves. The lower part of the discharge section 8 is the base for mounting the thin-walled inner jacket 22 and the outer jacket 21. Between the outer jacket 21 and the thin-walled inner jacket 22 there is an insulating and centring insert 23 permanently attached to the outer jacket 21. PL PL PL PL PL
