Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest maseczka chirurgiczna, która jest uformowana z jednego płata włókniny filtracyjnej (1) ułożonej w zakładki prostokątne (2). Na powierzchni tylnej są zamocowane uszczelki (7 i 8} między którymi jest osadzona kształtka uszczelniająca (10) w kształcie ostrosłupa ściętego z zagłębieniem w kształcie półstożka ściętego poszerzonego w dolnej części o dwa zagłębienia półkuliste.
