Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy budowy mieszalnika inżektorowego, zwłaszcza do sporządzania mieszaniny antypirogennej w górnictwie. Mieszalnik inżektorowy (1) składa się z trzech połączonych ze sobą rur (2, 3, 4) o jednakowej średnicy (d). Do pierwszej rury (2), do której materiały antypirogenne (A) wprowadzane są w strudze sprężonego powietrza, sztywnymi przewodami wodnymi (6) doprowadzana jest woda przemysłowa. Druga rura (3) jest rurą kątową, o kącie (α) ostrym z zakresu 5° ÷ 30°. Trzecia rura (4), stanowiąca końcówkę mieszalnika inżektorowego (1), ma wprowadzane do wnętrza przewodami (10) sprężone powietrze, a końcówki (11) z dyszami (11a) tych przewodów (10) zlokalizowane są na tworzącej stożkowej, zbieżnej ku zbiornikowi wylotowemu (9) pod kątem (β) z zakresu 10° ÷ 20°.
