Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona jako opakowanie do magazynowania i transportu róznorodnych produktów sypkich, plynnych i pólplynnych, szczególnie artykulów kosmetycznych i chemii gospodarczej, a zwlaszcza srodków spozywczych takich, jak napoje, soki, nektary, musy, syropy i zaprawy owocowe. Znane butelki posiadaja ksztalt zasadniczo cylindryczny i sa zakonczone dnem z jednej strony, a z drugiej - szyjka z otworem wlewowym. Wsród opisanych butelek jest znana taka, której szyjka jest zaopatrzona w kolnierz do bazowania i ma postac ksztaltowego cylindra w formie scietego stozka, którego tworzaca od strony najwiekszej srednicy sklada sie z odcinków luków wypuklych rozdzielonych lukiem wkleslym, kazdy o innym promieniu. Szyjka jest polaczona z prostym i gladkim korpusem cylindrycznym o srednicy nieco mniejszej niz najwieksza srednica scietego stozka. Ponizej cylindrycznego korpusu znajduje sie kolejny odcinek scietego stozka, którego tworzaca przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w zaglebienie dna. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki, nadana jej przez ksztalt oraz cechy linii i konturów, a takze przez uformowanie powierzchni. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma szyjke zaopatrzona w wystajacy kolnierz oraz na powierzchni szyjki - o postaci ksztaltowego cylindra w formie scietego stozka, którego tworzaca od strony najwiekszej srednicy sklada sie z odcinków luków wypuklych rozdzielonych lukiem wkleslym, kazdy o innym promieniu - posiada czterywklesle wybrania, usytuowane skosnie i równomiernie rozlozone na obwodzie leja. The known bottles have a substantially cylindrical shape and have a bottom end on one side and a neck with a filling opening on the other side. Among the bottles described, there is one known, the neck of which is provided with a base flange and has the form of a shaped cylinder in the form of a truncated cone, the largest diameter of which consists of sections of convex arches separated by a concave arc, each with a different radius. The neck is connected to a straight and smooth cylindrical body with a diameter slightly smaller than the largest diameter of the truncated cone. Below the cylindrical body there is another section of a truncated cone, the generatrix of which passes with a gentle arc into the bottom recess. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a bottle, given to it by the shape and features of lines and contours, and also by the formation of the surface. The bottle, according to the pattern, has a neck with a protruding collar and on the surface of the neck - in the form of a shaped cylinder in the form of a truncated cone, which, on the side of the largest diameter, consists of sections of convex arches separated by a concave arc, each with a different radius - has four concave recesses located diagonally and evenly distributed around the perimeter of the funnel. The neck is connected to a cylindrical body with a diameter slightly smaller than the largest diameter of the truncated cone, the surface of the cylindrical body of the bottle along its entire height with circumferential depressions, spaced equidistant from each other, thus forming a row of equal ring elements tangential to each other. in the depressions and parallel to the base. The cylindrical body, through the next section of the truncated cone, the largest diameter of which is equal to the largest diameter of the neck cone, passes with a gentle gap into the bottom flattened around the perimeter, which in the first version of the bottle, according to the pattern, has curved projections radially distributed around the circumference, and in the second version of the bottle - it does not have such protrusions and is completely flat around the perimeter. The patterned bottle may be made of a completely transparent or partially transparent relatively opaque material in a colorless or colored version, most preferably a plastic such as polyethylene, polypropylene or polycarbonate or mixtures thereof. The formula size of the bottle may correspond to the preferred commercial volumes: 0.331, 0.51 and 1.0 I. A thread is placed on the upper part of the bottle neck in accordance with the pattern. In the case where the bottle according to the formula is made of plastic, the neck of the bottle is thermally connected to a selected standard threaded part which is harmonized with the cap on the bottle.
