Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac hulajnogi przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór hulajnogi jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia hulajnoge w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - hulajnoge w widoku z przodu, fig. 3- hulajnoge w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - hulajnoge w widoku z góry. Hulajnoga ma rame skladajaca sie z przedniego slupka nachylonego do tylu i zakonczonego na górze kierownica a na dole przednim widelcem obejmujacym przednie kolo z blotnikiem i hamulcem majacym uchwyt na prawymramieniu kierownicy, oraz z poziomej podstawki na nogi zakonczonej poziomym tylnym widelcem obejmujacym tylne kolo z blotnikiem i lampka na nim. Podstawka ma podpórke, a pomiedzy nia i przednim slupkiem jest usytuowany cylindryczny lacznik. Cylindryczny przedni slupek ma srodkowa czesc o wiekszej srednicy niz jego czesc górna i dolna, a kierownica styka sie z przednim slupkiem od przodu jego górnej czesci i w miejscy styku jest usytuowana plytka o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu, zas pomiedzy nia i górna czescia przedniego slupka znajduje sie trójkatna plytka. Kierownica ma ramiona wygiete ukosnie do góry w pewnej odleglosci od przedniego slupka i na koncach odchylone poziomo na boki i do tylu, a ponizej punktów odchylenia, pomiedzy ramionami ma pozioma cylindryczna poprzeczke. Cylindryczny lacznik jest wygiety lukowo do tylu hulajnogi i tworzy na spodzie poziomej podstawki w jej przedniej czesci wystep o zarysie bocznym zblizonym do trójkata. Podstawka sklada sie ze zwezajacej sie do tylu i przechodzacej w tylny widelec rurowej ramy i zwezajacej sie do tylu plyty. Plyta w przedniej czesci w poblizu lacznika jest zaokracjlona, a na swojej górnej powierzchni ma cylindryczne wystepy rozmieszczone w zbieznych do tylu rzedach z przesunieciem w sasiednich szeregach. Do dolu od podstawki odchodzi podpórka w ksztalcie trójkatnej ramki. Opony kól maja bieznik z uksztaltowanymi czworokatnymi segmentami rozmieszczonymi w równoleglych szeregach w poprzek opony i z przesunieciem wzgledem siebie we wzdluznych rzedach. Lampka tylnego kola, w zarysie z tyluma ksztalt zblizony do prostokatnego z zaokraglonym dolnym bokiem, a w zarysie z boku ma zarys zblizony do trójkatnego. PL PL PL PLScooter The design registration right has been in effect since September 22, 1999. The design is a scooter. The essence of the design is a new form of a scooter, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The scooter design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the scooter from the side, Fig. 2 - the scooter from the front, Fig. 3 - the scooter from the back, and Fig. 4 - the scooter from the top. The scooter has a frame consisting of a rearward-sloping front post with a handlebar at the top and a front fork at the bottom, which encloses the front wheel with a fender and a brake with a mount on the right handlebar arm. It also has a horizontal kickstand, which ends with a horizontal rear fork enclosing the rear wheel with a fender and a light mounted on it. The kickstand has a kickstand, and a cylindrical connector is located between it and the front post. The cylindrical front post has a central section larger in diameter than its upper and lower sections, and the handlebars contact the front post from the front of its upper section. A roughly rectangular plate is located at the contact point, while a triangular plate is located between it and the upper part of the front post. The handlebars have arms that are bent diagonally upwards at a distance from the front upright, and at their ends, they are deflected horizontally sideways and backwards. Below the deflection points, a horizontal cylindrical crossbar is located between the arms. The stand consists of a tubular frame that tapers rearward and merges into the rear fork, and a rearward-tapering plate. The plate is rounded in the front section near the connector, and its upper surface has cylindrical protrusions arranged in rows that converge backwards, with an offset in adjacent rows. A triangular frame-shaped support extends downward from the stand. The tires have a tread pattern with quadrangular segments arranged in parallel rows across the tire and offset from each other in the longitudinal rows. The rear wheel light, in outline at the rear, is roughly rectangular with a rounded lower edge, and in outline at the side, it has a roughly triangular shape. PL PL PL PL
