PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the design The utility model belongs to the field of room ventilation technology, in particular in the scope of devices for heat recovery from exhaust air. Contemporary energy problems have contributed to the growth of demand for the latest models and cheaper supply and exhaust ventilation, especially with the mass demand for heat recovery units. Air exchange and heating in apartments in large cities has led to the emergence of the latest, more efficient models of heat recovery units. Thus, on the basis of the patent issued in Ukraine 101552 Heat exchanger /259015, Bulletin No. 18/ published in 2015, a combined type recuperator for ventilation systems was claimed, comprising a housing, a system of directional ventilation channels, including a cellular structure containing three zones of different functional purpose, increasing the active areas of coolant flow. On the basis of the patent issued in Ukraine No. 27057 TUBULAR RECUPERATOR 226007, a recuperator with complicated ventilation channels in the shape of "-" perforated wall holes and a complicated fan with impellers rotating in opposite directions was reserved, which led to significant energy consumption due to excessive turbulence during air flow in the air channels. These devices are difficult to manufacture and do not meet modern requirements for energy saving. The aim of the proposed solution is technical and technological simplification of the device for production and saving heat by the consumer. This aim is achieved due to the fact that in the ventilation system with heat recovery, including a recuperator with ventilation channels, a fan and a heat exchanger, connected to each other and mounted in in the room wall, between its external and internal surface, inside the opening between the external and internal surface of the room wall two concentric flow cylinders 3, 4 are installed, between which, on the external surface of the internal cylinder 4, a corrugated heat exchanger is mounted in the shape of - in cross-section, and on the internal surface of the cylinder 4 additionally external and internal fans 5 and 8 are mounted oppositely, the system openings are equipped with appropriate covers - external 10 and internal 14, of which the internal cover 10 is appropriately equipped with an air inlet grid 11 and an internal air outlet opening 12 with an air diffuser 13, the external cover 14 is additionally equipped with a condensate drain hole 30 15 mounted outside the plane of the outer wall surface 1, an air grille 16 and an air discharge grille 17 from the inside, and an additional heating element 7 is installed between the heat exchanger 6 and the outer wall of the inner cylinder 4. The device is shown in the drawing figures, of which figures 1-7 show: Figure 1 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the system. 1 – external surface of the room wall 2 – internal surface of the wall 3 – external cylinder 4 – internal cylinder – external fan 6 – heat exchanger 7 – heat exchanger heating element 8 – internal fan 9 – partition – internal cover 11 – supply grille (clean air) 12 – air inlet slot 13 – diffuser 14 – external cover – condensate drain hole 16 – external air inlet grille 17 – internal warm air outlet grille 18 – hole for mounting the system3 Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the system with the internal cover “removed”, which shows: 3 – external cylinder 4 – internal cylinder 6 – heat exchanger 8 – internal fan – internal cover 11 – supply air grille Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the system with the external cover “removed”, which shows: 3 – external cylinder 4 – internal cylinder – external fan 6 – heat exchanger 14 – external cover – condensate drain hole 17 – air outlet grille from the inside Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the system with a diagram of air movement in a gravity circulation, which shows: 1 – external surface of the room wall 2 – internal surface of the wall 3 – external cylinder 4 – internal cylinder – external fan 6 – heat exchanger 7 – heat exchanger heating element 8 – internal fan 9 – partition – inner cover 11 – supply grille (clean air) 12 – air flow slot 13 – diffuser 14 – outer cover – condensate drain hole 16 – inlet grille for air supplied from outside 17 – outlet grille for warm air from inside 18 – hole for mounting the system If fans 5, 8 are not working, ventilation is carried out by means of cylinders 3, 4 using the common laws of physics. The outside air (cold) under the influence of pressure penetrates through the grid 16 into the space between cylinders 3 and 4, passes through the heat exchange surface of the corrugated heat exchanger 6, then passes through the holes in the internal cylinder 4, bypasses the air diffuser 13, and enters the room through the grid 11 of the internal cover 10, then the process of air movement in the system does not occur. The system mounted in an opening in the wall without additional installation and metalwork is sealed in a traditional way, allowing air movement and condensate drainage by gravity, without the use of special channels and tanks, which do not destroy the building. The system itself, without switching on the fans 5, 8, serves as the main ventilation device of the room (fig. 4). The accompanying harmful microflora that accumulates in the system also does not pose a threat to the user. The operation of the system in the operating mode. Fig. 5 shows a longitudinal cross-section view of the system with the air movement diagram when one – internal fan is operating. 1 – external surface of the room wall 2 – internal surface of the wall4 3 – external cylinder 4 – internal cylinder – external fan 6 – heat exchanger 7 – heating element of the heat exchanger 8 – internal fan 9 – partition – internal cover 11 – supply grille (clean air) 12 – air flow slot 13 – diffuser 14 – external cover – condensate drain hole 16 – inlet grille of the air supplied from the outside 17 – outlet grille of the warm air from the inside 18 – hole for mounting the system The external (cool) air, under the influence of the internal fan 8, rotating the blades on its rotor, passes through the grille 16 into the space between cylinders 3 and 4, passes along the heat exchange surface of the corrugated heat exchanger 6, then passes through all the openings in the inner cylinder 4 and enters the space of the inner cylinder 4, bypasses the air diffuser 13 and enters the room through the grid 11 of the inner cover 10. The partition 9 installed inside the inner cylinder 4 ensures flow separation so that the hot and cold air in the device do not mix. Fig. 6 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the system illustrating the air movement during operation of one external fan. 1 – external surface of the room wall 2 – internal surface of the wall 3 – external cylinder 4 – internal cylinder – external fan 6 – heat exchanger 7 – heat exchanger heating element 8 – internal fan 9 – partition – internal cover 11 – supply grille (clean air) 12 – air inlet slot 13 – diffuser 14 – external cover – condensate drain hole 16 – external air inlet grille 17 – warm air outlet grille from inside 18 – hole for mounting the system Warm air from inside under the influence of external fan 5, rotating the blades on its rotor, passes through the internal air inlet slot 12, enters the space between cylinders 3 and 4, passes along the heat exchange surface of the corrugated heat exchanger 6, thereby transferring its thermal energy and heating the walls of the corrugated heat exchanger 6 in the inner cylinder 4, enters the space of the inner cylinder 4 and is then discharged outside through the outside air outlet grille 17, which is located on the outer cover 14. Fig. 7 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the system with the air flow diagram when both fans operate simultaneously. 1 – external surface of the room wall 2 – internal surface of the wall 3 – external cylinder 4 – internal cylinder 5 – external fan 6 – heat exchanger 7 – heat exchanger heating element 8 – internal fan 9 – partition – internal cover 11 – supply grille (clean air) 12 – air inlet slot 13 – diffuser 14 – external cover – condensate drain hole 16 – external air inlet grille 17 – internal warm air outlet grille 18 – hole for mounting the system If both fans operate simultaneously, i.e. internal fan 8 and external fan 5, the air streams flowing in opposite directions pass along the wall corrugated heat exchanger 6, thanks to which the internal air gives off its thermal energy and heats (cools) the walls of the corrugated heat exchanger 6. During the flow of external air along the walls of the corrugated heat exchanger 6, the air heats up (cools down) under the influence of the surface temperature and enters the room. During the flow of supply and exhaust air of different temperatures along the corrugated heat exchanger 6, heat exchange (recuperation) takes place between them. In accordance with the assumption of the proposed solution, the cylinder 3 of the proposed system, together with the cylinder 4, is placed in the opening 18 of the wall, with the covers 10, 14 protruding beyond the plane of the wall of the room 1, 2, so that the internal cylinder 4, with the corrugated heat exchanger 6 mounted on it, the fans 5 and 8, the diffuser 13, the heating element 7, and the partition 9 ensure ventilation and heat exchange in the ventilation ducts and heat recovery from the counterflows of the supply and exhaust ventilation. The condensate drain hole 15, located outside the building, serves as a means of preventing dampness of the walls and preventing the spread of harmful microflora in the hole 18. The mounting clearance of the air outlet from the inside 12 is permanently set on the surface of the internal cylinder 4, and serves as an effective discharge of "warm" air from the inside. The system is clearly simplified, which affects its reliability and durability. The industrial production of the device is planned for the 4th quarter of 2020.
