PL 72 166 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest klatka, ochronna przestrzeni pracy operatora podziemnej maszyny roboczej przeznaczonej do stosowania w zakladach górniczych. Zgodnie z Rozporzadzeniem Rady Ministrów w sprawie dopuszczenia wyrobów do stosowania w zakladach górniczych (Dz. U. Nr 99, poz. 1003 wraz z pózn. zm.), maszyny dolowe powinny byc wyposazone w odpowiednio wytrzymale klatki ochronne przestrzeni pracy operatora maszyny. Energia ta moze powstac podczas obrywania sie stropu w chodniku kopalni (obryw). Aby zminimalizowac przypadki obrywu stropy zabezpiecza sie odpowiednio wytrzymalymi siat- kami stalowymi, kotwionymi gleboko w górotworze. W zderzakach kolejowych katastroficznych firmy Axtone znane jest stosowanie absorpcji energii zderzenia, w którym rozproszenie energii realizuje nóz skrawajacy tulei zderzaka. Znana jest z polskiego opisu patentowego PL 223300 kabina operatora do wozu przodkowego, majacego korpus do ladowania i rozladowywania transportowanego materialu, zawierajaca obudowe kabiny wyznaczajaca komore wewnetrzna umieszczona z boku korpusu i systemu napedowego. Rozwiazanie wedlug wzoru uzytkowego zdecydowanie podnosi bezpieczenstwo obslugi maszyn, jest takze konstrukcyjnie proste w implementacji w kabinach operatorów podziemnej maszyny roboczej. Zastosowanie rozwiazania pozwala na obnizenie calosciowych kosztów bezpieczenstwa pracy obslugi maszyn podziemnych w zakladach górniczych. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego zostal przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klatke ochronna w przekroju wzdluz linii B-B z fig. 2, a fig. 2 klatke w widoku z boku w przekroju przez jedna z kolumn, wzdluz linii A-A z fig. 1. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL 72 166 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility design is a cage protecting the working space of the operator of an underground working machine intended for use in mining plants. In accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the approval of products for use in mining plants (Journal of Laws No. 99, item 1003, as amended), underground machines should be equipped with appropriately durable protective cages for the machine operator's work space. It is assumed that the protective cage should be able to absorb dynamic impact energy of at least E = 11.6 kJ. This energy may be generated when the roof in a mine heading collapses (rockfall). To minimize rockfalls, the ceilings are protected with suitably durable steel meshes, anchored deep in the rock mass. However, undesirable events cannot be ruled out, therefore, regardless of other protective measures, machines are equipped with protective cages with the strength specified in the above-mentioned regulation. In known solutions, the kinetic energy of the impact is suppressed as a result of the deformation of the tire in the machine, but the maximum force of the impact must be transferred by the protective structure of the cabin. A possible solution is in which the impact energy is absorbed by plastically deforming cabin elements, creating the so-called controlled crumple zones. Axtone railway crash buffers are known for the use of collision energy absorption, in which the energy is dissipated by the cutting knife of the bumper sleeve. Known from the Polish patent description PL 223300 is an operator's cabin for a facelift truck, having a body for loading and unloading the transported material, containing a cabin housing defining an internal chamber located on the side of the body and the drive system. The cabin includes a window assembly including glass, a latch and a glass seal, the window assembly being connected to the cabin enclosure such that the glass covers the opening and enclosing the interior compartment, and the glass seal is positioned between the glass and the cabin enclosure, and a pressure system to maintain in the internal chamber at an increased pressure compared to the surrounding environment, where the pressure system includes a blower and a motor to drive the blower, and the blower is in fluid connection with the internal chamber. The cabin roof panel is mounted on telescopic support columns fixed at the cabin base. In the above solution, mounting the roof on telescopic columns is intended to raise/lower the cabin roof plate. The aim of the solution is a structure that improves the safety of people staying in the operator's cabin of an underground working machine. Protective cage of the working space of the operator of an underground working machine, composed of a floor plate located above the floor plate of the roofing plate and the supporting columns of the roofing plate, each of which is made of two telescopically arranged pipe profiles, one of which is attached to the floor plate , and the second one for the roofing panel according to the utility model is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with an energy absorber that absorbs the energy of a dynamic impact, in the form of cutting knives built into individual columns that shear, after exceeding the established vertical forces, the surfaces of their tubular profiles with their relative displacement. - energy caused by the energy acting on the roofing slab. The solution according to the utility model significantly increases the safety of machine operation, and is also structurally simple to implement in the operator cabins of underground working machines. The use of the solution allows to reduce the overall costs of work safety for operating underground machines in mining plants. The subject of the utility model is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the protective cage in cross-section along the line B-B in Fig. 2, and Fig. 2 shows the cage in a side view in cross-section through one of the columns, along the line A-A in Fig. 1. The protective cage for the working space of the operator of an underground working machine in the version according to the utility model is composed of a rectangular floor plate 1 composed of a roofing plate 2 of essentially the same shape and size, which is placed above the floor plate 1 at a distance allowing people to stay in the space between these plates. in a free standing or sitting position, and four columns 3 located in the corners of the above arrangement, supporting the roofing panel 2. Each of the columns 3 is made of two pipe profiles 3a, 3b, placed one in the other (telescopically), one of which, the shorter one, is attached to the floor plate 1, and the other, longer one, to the roof plate 2. In addition, the cage is equipped with an energy absorber that absorbs the energy of a dynamic impact in the form of three cutting knives built into the individual PL 72 166 Y1 columns. 4 shearing, after exceeding the established vertical forces, the surfaces of their tubular profiles 3a with their relative movement caused by the energy acting on the roofing plate 2. In the solution, the stroke S of the 4 cutting knives (length of the cutting path) of each column 3 is set at a level that is the difference between the initial height of the cabin (cage) and its height at which the machine operator can safely stand. In this solution, the cutting force, as practice shows, is constant along the entire length. In Fig. 2, the reference number 5 indicates the chip generated during cutting. PL PL PL PL PL PL
