WYRÓB WEDLINIARSKI Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 2004. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób wedliniarski. Wyrób wedliniarski posiada oslonke, w która nadziewa sie farsz pasztetowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oslonki po napelnieniu jej farszem i polaczeniu konców oslonki ozdobnym sznureczkiem. Znane wyroby wedliniarskie maja ksztalt elipsowatego wianuszka, gdzie oba konce oslonki, w która nadziewa sie farsz, laczone sa ze soba i zamykane klipsami, dzieki czemu wyroby te uzyskuja elipsowaty ksztalt. Wyrób wedliniarski wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt wydluzonej, lekko zwezajacej sie ku górze litery „U". W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srednica oslonki wynosi 30 mm a jej dlugosc 35 cm. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srednica oslonki wynosi 35 mm a jej dlugosc 40 cm. W czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srednica oslonki wynosi 40 mm a jej dlugosc 45 cm. W piatej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srednica oslonki wynosi 45 mm a jej dlugosc 50 cm. W szóstej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srednica oslonki wynosi 50 mm a je j dlugosc 55 cm. W siódmej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srednica oslonki wynosi 55 mm a jej dlugosc 60 cm. The subject of the industrial design is a cured meat product. The cured meat product has a casing into which the pâté filling is stuffed. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the product, manifested in the shape of the casing after it is filled with the filling and the ends of the casing are connected with a decorative string. Well-known cured meat products have an elliptical wreath shape, where both ends of the casing, into which the filling is stuffed, are connected and closed with clips, giving the products an elliptical shape. The cured meat product according to the industrial design has the shape of an elongated, slightly tapering letter "U." Casings for cold cuts: 25 mm in diameter after cutting them into 30 cm long sections (variant I) 30 mm in diameter after cutting them into 35 cm long sections (variant II) 35 mm in diameter after cutting them into 40 cm long sections (variant III) 40 mm in diameter after cutting them into 45 cm long sections (variant IV) 45 mm in diameter after cutting them into 50 cm long sections (variant V) 50 mm in diameter after cutting them into 55 cm long sections (variant VI) 55 mm in diameter after cutting them into 60 cm long sections (variant VII) 60 mm in diameter after cutting them into 65 cm long sections (Variant VIII) - are filled with previously prepared liverwurst filling. Both ends of the casing are fastened with clips, each end with a separate clip. Furthermore, the ends of the casing are connected with a piece of decorative string in such a way that the ends of the string are fastened with clips simultaneously with the ends of the casing, which causes the cold cut product to form a "U" with arms that slightly taper towards the top. Both ends of the casing, with a cross-sectional diameter of 25 mm, after being cut into 30 cm long sections and filled with stuffing, are clipped, each end with a separate clip. Furthermore, the ends are connected with a piece of decorative string so that the ends of the string are clipped simultaneously with the ends of the casing, forming a U-shaped product with arms that taper slightly upward. In the second version of the industrial design, the casing has a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 35 cm. In the third version of the industrial design, the casing has a diameter of 35 mm and a length of 40 cm. In the fourth version of the industrial design, the casing has a diameter of 40 mm and a length of 45 cm. In the fifth variant of the industrial design, the casing diameter is 45 mm and its length is 50 cm. In the sixth variant of the industrial design, the casing diameter is 50 mm and its length is 55 cm. In the seventh variant of the industrial design, the casing diameter is 55 mm and its length is 60 cm.
