KIELBAS A Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia lipca 2003 roku Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kielbasa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kielbasy przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, nadajaca wyrobowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Dotychczas znane sposoby formowania kielbasy polegaja na napelnianiu oslonek farszem i odkrecaniu ich na okreslone dlugosci lub „klipsowaniu" koncówek kielbas poprzez zaciskanie klipsami lub flokowaniu koncówek przy pomocy patyczków tzw. fioków, w wyniku czego powstaja kielbaski proste, lekko wygiete w luk lub majace ksztalt elipsowatego wianuszka, gdy polaczone zostana oba konce kielbasy.Kielbasa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada oslonki naturalne wieprzowe lub baranie, które napelnione zostaly wczesniej przygotowanym farszem i odciete, a konce oslonki zacisniete sa klipsami, zawiazane lub zaflokowane. Kielbasa wedlug wzoru uformowana jest w ksztalt jednej spirali plaskiej a w odmianie wyrobu usztywniona jest jedna dluga wykalaczka. W kolejnej odmianie wyrobu kielbasa uformowana jest w dwie symetryczne spirale, przy czym spirale uformowane zostaly kazda z innego konca kielbasy i stanowia jedna calosc, a w odmianie wyrobu - obie spirale usztywnione sa jedna dluga wykalaczka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig.l, fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4 przedstawiaja cztery odmiany wyrobu wynikajace z jego róznego uksztaltowania i/lub usztywnienia jedna dluga wykalaczka, przy czym fig.l przedstawia kielbase uformowana w ksztalt jednej spirali plaskiej, fig.2 - plaska spirale usztywniona jedna dluga wykalaczka, fig.3 - kielbase uformowana w dwie symetryczne spirale a fig.4 - dwie symetryczne spirale usztywnione jedna wykalaczka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie wyrobu, gdzie kielbasa uformowana jest w ksztalt jednej spirali plaskiej i/lub usztywniona jest jedna dluga wykalaczka. W odmianie kielbasa uformowana jest w dwie symetryczne spirale, przy czym spirale uformowane zostaly kazda z innego konca kielbasy i stanowia jedna calosc i/lub obie spirale usztywnione sa jedna dluga wykalaczka.Fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of sausage, manifested in its shape, giving the product a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. Previously known methods of forming sausages involve filling casings with stuffing and unscrewing them to specific lengths, or "clipping" the ends of the sausages by crimping them with clips, or flocking the ends with sticks, so-called "flocking". The result is a straight sausage, slightly curved into an arch, or shaped like an elliptical wreath when the two ends are joined. The industrial-style sausage has natural pork or lamb casings, which are filled with a previously prepared filling and then cut off. The casing ends are clamped, tied, or flocked. The standard sausage is formed into a single flat spiral, and in the traditional version, it is stiffened with a single long toothpick. In another version, the sausage is formed into two symmetrical spirals, with each spiral formed from a different end of the sausage and forming a single whole. In the traditional version, both spirals are stiffened with a single long toothpick. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 depict four variations of the product resulting from its different shape and/or stiffening with one long toothpick. Fig. 1 shows a sausage formed in the shape of a single flat spiral, Fig. 2 - a flat spiral stiffened with one long toothpick, Fig. 3 - a sausage formed in two symmetrical spirals, and Fig. 4 - two symmetrical spirals stiffened with one toothpick. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the shape of the product, where the sausage is formed in the shape of a single flat spiral and/or stiffened with one long toothpick. In this variation, the sausage is formed into two symmetrical spirals, each spiral being formed from a different end of the sausage and constituting one whole and/or both spirals are stiffened with one long toothpick.
