PL 71 419 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest konstrukcja wzmacniajaca zbiorniki plastikowe skladajaca sie z metalowych obejm o profilu otwartym i plastikowych zeber. Dotychczas wykonywano zbiorniki betonowe, zelbetowe, stalowe, silosy metalowe oraz baseny wykladane folia plastikowa spawana na miejscu. Zbiorniki betonowe wytrzymuja do 50 lat, a folia, która wylozony jest zbiornik, tylko okolo 10 lat. Baseny i zbiorniki byly wykladane plytkami ceramicznymi, dodatkowo musiala byc wykonana hydroizolacja zbiorników zelbetowych przed przeciekaniem. Z uwagi na koniecznosc uzyskania atestów silosy i baseny wykonywano ze stali kwasoodpornej, co powodowalo bardzo duze koszty inwestycji. Wszystkie te konstrukcje wymagaly specjalnych zabez- pieczen, transportu duzych gabarytowo obiektów. Powodowalo to utrudnienia i duze koszty. Male zbiorniki plastikowe do 1 m wysokosci byly wykonywane przy pomocy specjalnych zabezpieczen kon- strukcyjnych: co 0,5 m byly wykonane wsporniki przymocowane do dna zbiornika i u góry zbiornika. Znany jest system zamocowan niczuk, w którym wykonane sa profile montazowe, metalowe z otwo- rami. Ten sposób wzmacniania zbiorników nie wytrzymuje naprezen wynikajacych z obciazen i zbior- niki pekaly. Równiez konstrukcje ze slupami zakotwionymi w podlodze i wzmocnieniem pretami nad zbiornikiem nie wytrzymywaly obciazen i równiez zbiorniki pekaly. Istota wzoru uzytkowego jest konstrukcja wzmacniajaca plastikowe zbiorniki skladajaca sie z pla- stikowych zeber obejm. Obejmy wykonane sa z metalu o profilu otwartym. Do plastikowych zbiorników przyspawane sa plastikowe zebra. Obejmy sa umieszczone w otworach plastikowych zeber. Obejmy na naroznikach sa polaczone dwoma kolnierzami wykonanymi z katownika i polaczone spawem. Kol- nierze do obejm przymocowane sa srubami. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego zostal przedstawiony w przykladzie wykonania wzoru na rysunku 1, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje widok zbiornika z obejmami w aksonometrii, fig. 2 – polaczenie obejmy dwoma kolnierzami w aksonometrii, fig. 3 – widok kolnierzy z boku, fig. 4 – kolnierze w przekroju A-A, a fig. 5 – zebra wraz z otworami i obejmami przymocowane do zbiornika. Konstrukcja wzmacniajaca plastikowe zbiorniki wykonana jest z plastikowych, wzmacniajacych zeber 2. Zebra 2 sa przyspawane do zbiorników 1. W zebrach 2 wykonane sa otwory 3 dla umieszczenia w nich metalowych obejm 4. Metalowe obejmy sa wykonane 1 otwartych profili 5. Na naroznikach zbior- ników profile 5 sa polaczone dwoma kolnierzami 6, które sa polaczone spawem 7 i przymocowane do obejm 4 srubami 8. Urzadzenie wedlug wzoru pozwala na trwale wzmocnienie zbiorników plastikowych, daje stabilna konstrukcje, zbiorniki nie pekaja. Jest to sposób tani, latwy do wykonania, pozwalajacy na unikniecie transportu duzych elementów, a co najwazniejsze jest to konstrukcja stabilna. So far, concrete, reinforced concrete and steel tanks, metal silos and pools lined with plastic foil welded on site have been made. Concrete tanks last up to 50 years, and the foil on which the tank is placed only about 10 years. Pools and tanks were lined with ceramic tiles, additionally, reinforced concrete tanks had to be waterproofed against leakage. Due to the need to obtain approvals, silos and pools were made of acid-resistant steel, which resulted in very high investment costs. All these constructions required special safeguards, the transport of large-size objects. This caused inconvenience and high costs. Small plastic tanks up to 1 m high were made with the use of special structural safeguards: every 0.5 m, brackets were made attached to the bottom of the tank and to the top of the tank. There is a known system of fastening the hook, in which mounting profiles, metal with holes, are made. This method of strengthening the tanks did not withstand the stresses resulting from loads and the tanks broke. Also the structures with the poles anchored in the floor and the reinforcement with the ropes above the tank did not withstand the loads and also the tanks broke. The essence of the utility model is the structure that strengthens the plastic tanks, consisting of plastic ribs of clamps. Clamps are made of metal with an open profile. Plastic zebra are welded to the plastic tanks. The clamps are placed in the holes of the plastic ribs. The clamps on the corners are connected with two flanges made of an angle bar and connected with a weld. The collars for the clamps are fastened with screws. The object of the utility model is presented in the example of the embodiment of the pattern in Fig. 1, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the tank with the clamps in axonometry, fig. 2 - connection of the clamp with two flanges in axonometry, fig. flanges in section AA, and fig. 5 - zebra with holes and clamps attached to the tank. The structure that strengthens the plastic tanks is made of plastic, reinforcing ribs 2. Zebra 2 are welded to the tanks 1. In the ribs 2 there are holes 3 for placing metal clamps in them 4. Metal clamps are made of 1 open profiles 5. On the corners of the tanks Profiles 5 are connected by two flanges 6, which are connected with a weld 7 and fastened to the clamps with 4 screws 8. The device according to the pattern allows for permanent strengthening of plastic tanks, gives a stable structure, the tanks do not crack.
