Description

PL 71 300 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest rekawiczka dajaca mozliwosc sygnalizowania zmiany kie- runku ruchu. W stanie techniki opisane sa liczne rozwiazania rekawiczek z kierunkowskazami. Zgloszenie patentowe GB2441295 opisuje rekawiczke zawierajaca modul swiecacy z co najmniej jedna dioda LED i bateria zasilajaca, zamontowanymi we wspólnej obudowie na wierzchniej czesci re- kawicy. Przelacznik ON / OFF zamontowany jest z boku palca wskazujacego rekawiczki i uruchamiany jest kciukiem. Podobne rozwiazania opisuja patenty GB2310788, GB2316429. W rozwiazaniu GB2274156 styki uruchamiajace swiecacy modul LED to dwa metalowe oczka zamontowane na kciuku i palcu wskazujacym. Patent DE0240971 opisuje rekawiczke zawierajaca urzadzenie oswietlajace zasilane bateria umieszczona w zamykanej obudowie. 1 przedstawia wierzch- nia strone rekawiczki bez sygnalizatora, fig. 2 – wierzchnia strone rekawiczki z sygnalizatorem, fig. 3 – spodnia strone rekawiczki, fig. 4 – elementy skladowe rekawiczki w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, fig. 5 – widok z góry i boku sygnalizatora i jego elementów, fig. 6 – widok z góry i boku kapsla baterii, fig. Zdejmowanie rekawiczki 1 ulatwiaja przymocowane do czesci palcowej elementy 3. PL PLEN 71 300 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a glove that gives the possibility of signaling a change in the direction of movement. The state of the art describes numerous solutions for gloves with indicators. Patent application GB2441295 describes a glove containing a light module with at least one LED and a power battery mounted in a common housing on the top of the glove. The ON / OFF switch is mounted on the side of the glove's index finger and is activated by the thumb. Similar solutions are described in patents GB2310788, GB2316429. In the GB2274156 solution, the triggering contacts of the light LED module are two metal eyelets mounted on the thumb and index finger. Patent DE0240971 describes a glove containing a battery powered lighting device housed in a closable housing. The light actuating contacts are riveted to the glove material on the thumb and index finger. The illumination is turned on after their connection with each other. The battery is mounted on the wrist and forms one circuit together with the LED and the actuating contacts. GIC has introduced gloves with indicators that are placed on the front and back of the index finger, and are activated by pressing a button. In the Google Zach Vorhies gloves with built-in lighting system, the LEDs are activated when the index finger is connected to the thumb, which is the natural position of the hand to indicate the direction while cycling. They are powered by small batteries, which means that we do not feel that we are wearing special, directional cycling gloves. The light signal is signaled as long as we connect our fingers. Patent application GB2310788A describes gloves in which a switching contact is placed on the thumb, which is simultaneously connected to two wires closing the circuit. The contact of the thumb with the index finger causes these wires to touch each other, thus the circuit is closed and the installed luminous element starts to glow. Patent application GB2471684A discloses a glove in which an LED is activated by pressing a switch mounted on an index or middle finger against the bottom of a brake lever on a bicycle handlebar. The patent KR1020070102833A describes gloves in which LED diodes are mounted on the top part of the glove, and the batteries that power them, from which the power cord extends to the contact located on the inner bottom side of the glove, are located in the casing on the bottom part. Lighting is activated by pressing this contact against the steering wheel. In each of the above-described cases, in order to activate the illumination of the illuminating elements, it is necessary to close the circuit by contacting each other with appropriate contacts. The glove, according to the utility pattern, signaling a change of direction, is equipped with a fiber optic signaling device and an illuminating element. The optical fiber, preferably made of silicone, is provided with a reflective screen in which an electronic circuit based on the gyroscope is flooded. The illuminating elements are LEDs shining with the reflected light. The indicator is placed on the upper side of the glove, preferably in a pocket. There is a reflective element on the bottom side of the glove. The electronic system is powered by a battery placed in an integrated holder in a protective cap embedded in the signaling device. On the underside of the glove, in the area of the thumb and wrist, there is a zone with a reflective element visible to vehicles coming in front. The signaling of the change of movement direction is triggered by making hand twists in the forearm axis or in the transverse axis to the wrist. By making any other movements, the system does not turn on. The gyroscope, powered by a battery, installed in the electronic system, is responsible for the lighting in the solution according to the utility model. After installing the battery and teaching the trip electronics, it is obvious that there is electricity in the circuit. From now on, the luminous element is on standby all the time. The installed battery ensures that the system is always live and the luminous element is on standby. This state can be divided into two phases: Standby in Sleep and Standby in Action / Active. When the glove is not used, the luminous element goes into sleep mode (low power consumption), signaling it with a flash within a few minutes of putting it down. When we take the gloves to the hands, the gyroscope senses the change of position and the system goes into the active standby phase, signaling PL 71 300 Y1 3 also by a flashing (this takes place for several to several dozen seconds). One deflection of the hand causes the light to be triggered at the level of 20 flashes, two movements are 40 flashes, and so up to 5 movements and 100 flashes (each deflection is 20 flashes). After putting away the gloves, they go back to the standby mode. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the upper side of the glove without a signaling device, Fig. 2 - the upper side of the glove with a signaling device, Fig. 3 - the underside of the glove, Fig. 4 - the components of the glove in a perspective view from above, fig. 5 - top and side view of the beacon and its components, fig. 6 - top and side view of the battery cap, fig. 7 - bottom view of the beacon with LED diodes, fig. 8 - perspective view of the glove with indication 9 - a perspective view of the glove showing the method of activating the illuminating element by a twisting movement of the hand along the axis transverse to the wrist. Glove 1 folded on the hand is fastened with Velcro fasteners 4 and 5. The removal of the glove 1 is facilitated by the elements 3 attached to the toe part. On the upper side of the glove 1 in pocket 2 there is an indicator 7 reversing the direction of travel, powered by a battery 9 located in the handle integrated inside the cover cap 8. The cap 8 is embedded in the signaling device 7 by means of fastening elements 12. The signaling device 7 is a silicone optical fiber provided with a reflective screen 10 in which an electronic circuit with LED diodes 11 is embedded. The electronic circuit is based on a gyroscope. The glove 1 on its underside has a zone in the thumb and wrist area with a reflective element 6, which is visible to oncoming road users. A person wearing gloves according to the pattern used on their hands, riding a bicycle or other means of transport (electric bike, scooter, scooter, etc.), practicing skate sports (roller skating, skateboarding, roller skis), or running sports (recreational running, long distance, walking, northwalking), wanting to change the direction of movement and signal it to other road users, pulls the arm to the side (left or right depending on the direction of the turn), so that the rider from behind can see the top of the hand on which it is signaling device, and a reflective element sewn on the front on the inside of the thumb It triggers the light of the light signaling device by turning the hand in the forearm axis or in the transverse axis to the wrist. The activated signaling device starts to emit light, giving an intermittent signal for a few seconds (similar to a car's blinker). The light switches off automatically after a few seconds. For people on foot - with both hands free, it is possible to signal a change in the direction of movement to vehicles coming in front by showing the top of the right hand in the direction of the change and activating the signaling device as above.
