Urzadzenia te maja zwykle slabe zasilanie, wytwarzaja swiatlo o malym natezeniu i moga byc malo widoczne w ciagu dnia, o zmroku czy podczas zalegania blota posniegowego i innych zabrudzen jezdni. Podczas przejscia pieszego przez jezdnie de- tektor ruchu wykrywa pieszego i uruchamia dodatkowe oswietlenie ostrzegawcze lampy i oswietleniowe elementy w jezdni, dodatkowo glosowe komunikaty ostrzegawcze. Dzialanie detektora ruchu jest czesto zawodne, poniewaz wykrywa on wszelki ruch np. spadajace galezie, zawirowania lisci, co moze wpro- wadzac w dezorientacje kierowców. Aby detektor ruchu pracowal prawidlowo, musi byc ustawiony w od- powiedni sposób. Niestety jego polozenie czesto sie zmienia dzieki sile wiatru, aktom wandalizmu, ko- rozji elementów, a w konsekwencji zmienia swój kat detekcji. Czesto wykrywaja nadjezdzajace pojazdy wywolujac dezorientacje kierowców i pieszych. Wymaga to korygowania kata ustawienia detektora przez wykwalifikowanych pracowników zwiekszajac koszty eksploatacji drogi. W przypadku dzialania urzadzen w sposób ciagly uzytkownicy przyzwyczajaja sie do nich. PL PLEN 71 113 Y1 2 Design description The subject of the utility model is a device that warns drivers and pedestrians at a pedestrian crossing with a warning lamp. The previously known pedestrian safety devices at a pedestrian crossing are different systems. The basic solution is to mark the pedestrian crossing with road signs: a vertical sign and a horizontal sign in the form of white stripes on the road. There are spot elements illuminating the “cat's eyes” installed in the roadway before entering the lanes at the pedestrian crossing. These devices operate 24/7 in a flashing fashion whether or not a pedestrian intends to cross the road to the other side of the street. These devices usually have a low power supply, generate low intensity light and may be hardly visible during the day, at dusk or during slush and other dirt on the road. There are also warning lamps using a motion detector placed at the pedestrian crossing, often interacting with spot lighting elements in the road surface. When a pedestrian crosses the road, the traffic detector detects the pedestrian and activates additional warning lights, lamps and lighting elements in the road, additionally voice warning messages. The operation of a motion detector is often unreliable as it detects all movement, such as falling branches, leaf swirls, which can confuse drivers. In order for the motion detector to work properly, it must be positioned appropriately. Unfortunately, its location often changes due to the force of the wind, acts of vandalism, corruption of elements, and consequently changes its angle of detection. They often detect oncoming traffic, confusing drivers and pedestrians. This requires the adjustment of the detector's angle by qualified personnel, increasing the cost of operating the road. If the devices are operated continuously, users get used to them. With solar power, our climate may run out of energy, especially at dusk, when the passage lighting is most needed. Additional lighting is also used for information about a pedestrian crossing, mounted on posts fixed to the ground, requiring heavy structures to fix them, a lot of work, equipment and taking out of traffic during the assembly of a given road section. In addition, all these devices become contaminated, which reduces the light intensity and leads to a reduction in their efficiency. The essence of the utility model is a device that warns drivers and pedestrians at a pedestrian crossing with a warning lamp. The entire device is mounted along the white stripes on the road of the pedestrian crossing. At the two ends of the pedestrian crossings there are four posts with loudspeakers, sensor openings and reflective stripes. In the road surface, by the lanes from the side of oncoming vehicles, there are spot lighting elements. On the side of the incoming vehicles, there are two poles with a warning light attached to the crossing. The infrared sensors installed in the posts are indifferent to fog, rain and snow. The object of the utility pattern is shown in the example of the pattern in Fig. 1, in which Fig. 1 shows the pattern in a plan view, Fig. 2 in section A-A, and in Fig. 2 in a side view. A device warning drivers and pedestrians at a pedestrian crossing with a warning light works in the event of pedestrian crossing the lanes. It consists of four posts 2 mounted on the opposite ends of the passage 1, on them there is a loudspeaker 4, a sensor hole 3, a reflective strip 5. On the side of oncoming vehicles there are two poles 7 with a warning lamp attached at the top 8. In the surface of the passage 1 there are spotlight elements 6 mounted on the side of the oncoming vehicle. A sensor approaching a pedestrian to the pedestrian crossing is detected and activates a warning lamp 8 placed on the pole 7 and spot light elements 6 in the road, which start to flash. The warning light 8 is on with a steady or flashing light. The driver of an approaching vehicle is warned with an additional light that a pedestrian crosses the road. At the same time, a voice prompt is activated, the loudspeaker 4 is activated and the pedestrian is warned. These messages can be of different content. They are very useful in schools, centers for the blind or the disabled. Variable light blinking frequency is also possible. PL PL
