„Artificial stone blocks with rough surface texture – are made by splitting blocks cast from mixt, of cement, water and mineral additive contg” („Sztuczne bloki kamienne o chropowatej fakturze powierzchni – powstajace w wyniku podzialu bloków odlewanych z mieszanki cementu, wody i dodatku mineralnego”) zgloszo- nego do ochrony 1978-09-18. Frakcja gruboziarnista ( 2 mm) dodatku (d) albo stanowi 25% wa- gowych, albo prawie równa sie 50–72% wagowych mieszaniny dodatków. Przy zastosowaniu miesza- niny dodatków mineralnych z zawartoscia czastek gruboziarnistych w podanych zakresach, otrzymuje sie bloki o prawidlowych wlasciwosciach rozszczepiania w celu uzyskania gotowych bloków o wymaga- nej szorstkiej teksturze. Znany jest takze polski opis zgloszenia wynalazku nr 367257 pt.: „Plytka elewacyjna ocieplajaca i sposób wytwarzania plytki elewacyjnej ocieplajacej” (publ. BUP 21/2005). „Blok betonowy z nieregularna powierzchnia” („Concrete stone with irregular rough projecting surfach”). Plytki sa „sparowane” i sa one skladanie chropo- watymi, dokladnie sobie odpowiadajacymi stronami do wewnatrz. Chropowata powierzchnia 5 stanowi ozdobna i eks- ponowana czesc gotowej elewacyjnej plytki 4. PL PLPL 71 083 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a tile used in construction as an element of internal and external facades, for example as decorative cladding of walls, fireplaces, small architecture elements, bars and fences. Until now, many types of facade tiles are known. Thus, from the Dutch invention No. NL7809504 there is known a solution entitled "Artificial stone blocks with rough surface texture - are made by splitting blocks cast from mixt, of cement, water and mineral additive contg" ("Artificial stone blocks with a rough surface texture - resulting from the division of blocks cast from a mixture of cement, water and additive) Mineral ”) submitted for protection on 1978-09-18. Building blocks where at least one side has a rough texture - are made by dividing larger blocks with a separating blade to which a blade force of 10–120 kg / cm is applied. The blocks are made of a combination of (a) a binding agent such as cement, (b) water, (c) optional coloring agents, and (d) a mineral additive containing a mixture of (ground) sand and natural stone chips such as marble or granite with a particle size of 12 mm. The coarse fraction (2 mm) of additive (d) is either 25 wt.% Or nearly 50-72 wt.% Of the additive mixture. By using a mixture of mineral additives with a content of coarse particles in the given ranges, blocks with the correct cleavage properties are obtained in order to obtain finished blocks with the required rough texture. There is also a Polish description of the application for the invention No. 367257 entitled: "Thermal cladding tile and the method of producing a thermal cladding tile" (publ. BUP 21/2005). The insulation cladding tile has a warming layer consisting of 100 parts by weight of a mass of 37.2 to 60.0 parts by weight of cement, 1.7 to 3.0 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 18.6 to 37.5 parts of a shaft - head perlite and from 17.9 to 26.5 parts by weight of water. The insulating layer is permanently bonded by vibratory compacting to the facade layer imitating the surfaces of sandstone, marble, granite or other rock material. The facade layer consists of - in proportion to 100 parts by weight of mass - from 60.6 to 80.8 parts by weight of quartz sand with a fraction of 0.05 mm to 4.5 mm grain size, from 17.6 to 22.7 parts by weight of cement, and 0.2 to 0.7 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 0.8 to 1.3 parts by weight of a color pigment, and 6.6 to 8.6 parts by weight of water. Yet another solution is presented in the US patent application US2004089283 titled "Concrete stone with irregular rough projecting surfach". This solution shows a concrete block having one or more uneven surfaces, the unevenness being produced in a suitably adapted machine containing sets of respective blades to crush the surfaces of the block. The purpose of the developed utility pattern is to develop an elevation tile, the shape of which resembles a rectangle, for example, and which has a relatively low weight compared to, for example, stone, and is easy to apply, store and transport at the same time. The developed tile made of hardened concrete masses with a rectangular contour, which has a flat underside, is characterized by the fact that its decorative, external, rough surface corresponds to the corresponding rough surface of the other tile, and when assembled, they constitute a relatively regular, rectangular block. Preferably, the plate of hardened concrete masses contains impregnating or shining or coloring elements or agents in its structure. Due to its thinness, the developed plate has a relatively low weight, with sufficient resistance to cracking and impacts, which is important especially during storage and transport. However, due to the shape of the surface, which is completely flat on the one side, and irregular, rough on the other, but fitted into an analogous plate, the transport of the elements so produced is easy. The plates are “paired” and they are folded with exactly mapped sides inwards. During their transport and storage, it is possible to protect their characteristic, individual and unique structure. At the same time, the flat bottom surface of the tiles enables their even arrangement and the maximum use of the space in which they are stored or transported. During the installation of the tiles, the flat, almost smooth surface facilitates more effective and economical fixing, which requires the use of a small amount of adhesive. PL 71 083 Y1 3 The subject of the utility pattern developed is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 - shows the blank in a perspective view, before it is broken down into individual segments, Fig. 2 - shows a blank with the first torn off, half smaller than the remaining one. In the perspective view, fig. 3 - shows two plates made of adjoining two segments, folded up and prepared for transport. As shown in the drawings, the developed tile is characterized in that it is made of a building mass from which the blank 1 is made, the dimensions of which, such as length and width, are predetermined by selecting a suitable casting mold. The concrete mass used can be enriched with additional elements 2, increasing e.g. aesthetic and decorative values, or the strength parameters of the final product. After the concrete has solidified, the blank 1 is divided into a series of segments 3. Thus, it is divided into smaller sequences, separating 3 parts of it from each segment. Due to the fact that the segment 3 is split off, an irregular structure of the rough surface 5 is obtained, corresponding to the structure of the adjacent segment 3. The rough surface 5 is a decorative and visible part of the finished facade tile 4. As a result of dividing the segments 3 into two parts, e.g. dividing by other known methods - the finished facade tiles 4 of two adjacent segments 4 correspond exactly to each other. At the same time, the surfaces resulting from cutting the segment 3 - after dividing it - are relatively smooth and constitute flat surfaces 6. Corresponding two tiles 4 of two adjacent segments 3 after their assembly constitute a block 7. The outer segments 3a are half smaller and can no longer be split. The described facade tiles 4 are closely matched "to the pair", and by "steaming" the facade tiles 4, ie folding them from the side of their rough surfaces to the inside, their structure is protected, which is particularly convenient during their transport and storage. The blocks 7 composed of a pair of plates 4 are relatively regular cuboid, which also greatly facilitates their even and stable storage and transport. List of elements: 1 - blank (in the form of a series of segments); 2 - additional element; 3 - segment; 3a - extreme segment; 4 - plate; 5 - rough surface; 6 - flat surface; 7 - brick. PL PL
