Ponadto wsród wzorów uzytkowych znajduje sie „Oprawa oswietleniowa” (PL 349983 (A1)), która przepuszcza i rozprasza swiatlo, jednak oslona jest zbudowana z materialu elastycznego, zawiera czesc nieprzezroczysta w specjalny sposób przymocowana, a takze nie wykorzystuje w swej konstrukcji narozników scian oraz listewek. Przytoczony przez Urzad Patentowy D1 – DE102009004351 A1 z 2011.02.17 stan techniki moze miec podobne zastosowanie co „oslona zródla swiatla”, tj. do montazu miedzy plaszczyzna sufitu i sciany, badz miedzy dwoma scianami w narozniku. Sam system jest jednak duzo bardziej skompliko- wany w wykonaniu oraz montazu i nie pozwala na uzyskanie podobnych efektów oswietleniowych. Co wiecej, nie posiada charakterystycznych dwóch listewek katowych przymocowanych do kazdej ze scian i polaczonych za pomoca plyty przepuszczajacej swiatlo w ten sposób, ze boki plyty bezposrednio spo- czywaja na listewkach, stad przewazaja cechy odrózniajace.
