Kierunki rozsylu swiatla warunkowane sa zewnetrznym ksztaltem klosza lampy. Rozwiazanie, wedlug wzoru uzytkowego, sklada sie z klosza pólprzezroczystego oraz pasków LED zamontowanych na wewnetrznej plycie montazowej oraz z zasilacza z radiatorem i obudowy. Istota wzoru jest to, ze wewnetrzna plyta montazowa ma ksztalt prostokata z uformowanym wzdluznie grzbietem o przekroju trójkatnym. Na bocznych scianach tego grzbietu, na calej dlugosci, umieszczone sa paski LED. Pólprzezroczysty klosz ma ksztalt pólwalca o szerokosci odpowiadajacej szerokosci wewnetrznej plyty montazowej, a wiekszej od szerokosci obudowy i dlugosci tej plyty, a zarazem calej oprawy. Dzieki zastosowanej konstrukcji wnetrza oprawy, rozmieszczeniu pasków LED i odpowiednio dopasowanego ksztaltu klosza uzyskuje sie szczególne kierunki rozsylu swiatla, silniejsze swiatlo w kie- runkach bocznych, a slabsze w linii srodkowej. Oprawy lamp, wedlug wzoru, zastosowane w halach sklepowych beda dawaly wymagane oswietlenie bocznych pólek ekspozycyjnych i nie wieksze niz wy- magane norma oswietlenie podlogi, a w rezultacie oszczednosc energii. Zastosowany ksztalt i konstrukcja pozwala na ich laczenie w ciag linii oswietleniowych. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunku. Fig. 1 jest przekrojem poprzecznym, a fig. 2 wido- kiem z boku. Na fig. 3 pokazano schematycznie kierunki rozsylu swiatla. Liniowa lampa LED sklada sie z klosza pólprzezroczystego 1 oraz pasków LED 5 zamontowa- nych na wewnetrznej plycie montazowej 3. Wewnatrz obudowy 2 umieszczony jest równiez zasilacz z radiatorem i wszystkie polaczenia elektryczne. Wewnetrzna plyta montazowa 3 ma ksztalt prostokata z uformowanym wzdluznie grzbietem 4 o przekroju trójkatnym. Na bocznych scianach tego grzbietu, wzdluz calej lampy, umieszczone sa paski LED 5. Pólprzezroczysty klosz 1 ma ksztalt pólwalca o sze- rokosci odpowiadajacej szerokosci wewnetrznej plyty montazowej 3, a wiekszej od szerokosci obu- dowy 2. Dlugosc klosza 1 jest równa dlugosci plyty montazowej, a zarazem dlugosci calej lampy. Na fig. 3 zaznaczono linia ciagla kierunek rozsylu swiatla o wiekszym natezeniu, a linia przery- wana o mniejszym. Elementy konstrukcyjne i obudowa najczesciej wykonane sa z cienkosciennego profilu aluminio- wego. Klosz jest opalowy lub mikropryzmatyczny. Oprawa, wedlug wzoru, wykonana jest z materialów wskazanych w opisie. Mozliwe jest równiez zastosowanie innych materialów, jednak z zachowaniem istotnych cech rozwiazania. It is designed to illuminate large-area shop halls, communication routes and warehouses. There are numerous luminaires that use LEDs as a light source. The light distribution directions are determined by the external shape of the lamp shade. The solution, according to the utility pattern, consists of a translucent cover and LED strips mounted on an internal mounting plate, as well as a power supply with a heat sink and a housing. The essence of the pattern is that the inner mounting plate has a rectangular shape with a longitudinally formed triangular cross section. On the side walls of this ridge, LED strips are placed along its entire length. The translucent diffuser has a half-round shape with a width corresponding to the width of the inner mounting plate, and greater than the width of the housing and the length of this plate, and the entire luminaire. Due to the design of the interior of the luminaire, the arrangement of LED strips and a suitably matched shape of the lampshade, specific directions of light distribution are obtained, stronger light in the side directions and weaker light in the center line. According to the pattern, lamp holders used in shop halls will provide the required illumination of the side display shelves and will not exceed the required standard illumination of the floor, and consequently energy savings. The shape and construction used allow them to be connected in a continuous line of lighting. The subject of the pattern is shown in the drawing. The linear LED lamp consists of a translucent lampshade 1 and LED strips 5 mounted on an internal mounting plate 3. Inside the housing 2 there is also a power supply with a heat sink and all electrical connections. The inner mounting plate 3 has a rectangular shape with a longitudinally formed ridge 4 with a triangular cross-section. On the side walls of this ridge, along the entire lamp, LED strips 5 are placed. The translucent lampshade 1 has a half-round shape with a width corresponding to the width of the inner mounting plate 3, and greater than the width of the housing 2. The length of the lampshade 1 is equal to the length of the mounting plate and the length of the entire lamp. In Fig. 3, a solid line is indicated in the direction of light distribution with a higher intensity, and the dashed line with a lower intensity. Structural elements and the housing are most often made of a thin-walled aluminum profile. The shade is opal or microprismatic. The binding, according to the pattern, is made of the materials indicated in the description. It is also possible to use other materials, but with the essential features of the solution. PL PL
