Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do oswietlenia pomieszczen w szczególnosci do oswietlania ciagów komunikacyjnych, schodów, korytarzy, wejsc itp. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac lampy stanowiaca kompozycje plastyczna, wyrózniajaca lampe sposród innych lamp bedacych na rynku, charakteryzujaca sie zwarta, zamknieta konstrukcja, przy czym posiada dodatkowy ruchomy element umozliwiajacy jej uzytkowanie jako lampy niezamontowanej. Lampa w podstawowej odmianie jest przeznaczona do montazu w listwach przypodlogowych lub innych elementach dekoracyjnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach. Lampa w pierwszej odmianie wzoru jest uwidoczniona na figurach 1, 2 i 3. Lampa w pierwszej odmianie wykonania przedstawiona na figurze 1 posiada plyte czolowa w ksztalcie prostokatnego prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych brzegach oraz zaokraglonych naroznikach, ponadto przód plyty czolowej posiada sfazowania, w plycie czolowej znajduje sie przezroczysta szybka oslaniajaca zródlo swiatla np. zarówke zarowa lub LED, oraz wypukla soczewke. Szybka oslaniajaca zródlo swiatla posiada rozbudowana powierzchnie wewnetrzna w celu rozproszenia swiatla. Przedstawiony na figurze 2 widok z dluzszego boku uwidacznia ksztalt i usytuowanie soczewki. Lampa w drugiej odmianie wykonania przedstawiona na figurze 4 posiada plyte czolowa w ksztalcie prostokatnego prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych brzegach oraz zaokraglonych naroznikach, ponadto przód plyty czolowej posiada sfazowania, w plycie czolowej znajduje sie przezroczysta szybka oslaniajaca zródlo swiatla np. zarówke zarowa lub LED, oraz wypukla soczewke. Szybka oslaniajaca zródlo swiatla posiada rozbudowana powierzchnie wewnetrzna w celu rozproszenia swiatla. Przedstawiony na figurze 5 widok z dluzszego boku uwidacznia ksztalt i usytuowanie soczewki. The basic version of the lamp is intended for installation in skirting boards or other decorative elements. The subject matter of the industrial design is shown in the drawings. The lamp in the first version of the design is shown in figures 1, 2 and 3. The lamp in the first version shown in figure 1 has a front plate in the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition, the front of the front plate has chamfers, the front plate has a transparent glass covering the light source, e.g. an incandescent or LED bulb, and a convex lens. The glass covering the light source has an extensive internal surface to disperse the light. The long side view shown in Figure 2 shows the shape and location of the lens. The short side view shown in Figure 3 shows the battery socket located on the rear side of the lamp, shaped in such a way that between the front plate and the socket body there are two recesses, parallel to the longer side of the front plate, used for mounting the lamp. The lamp in the second version of the design is shown in figures 4, 5 and 6. The lamp in the second version of the design shown in figure 4 has a front plate in the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition, the front of the front plate has chamfers, the front plate has a transparent glass covering the light source, e.g. an incandescent or LED bulb, and a convex lens. The glass covering the light source has an extensive internal surface to disperse the light. The long side view shown in Figure 5 shows the shape and location of the lens. The short side view shown in Figure 6 shows a cover located on the rear side of the lamp, which can be detached for battery replacement. There is a hole in the side wall of the cover that facilitates disassembly of the cover in order to replace the battery. The lamp in the third version of the design is shown in figures 7 and 8. The lamp in the third version of the design, shown in figure 7, has a front plate in the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition, the front of the front plate has chamfers, and there is a transparent glass in the front plate covering the light source, e.g. an incandescent or LED bulb, and a convex lens. The glass covering the light source has an extensive internal surface to disperse the light. The front panel is embedded in a decorative, colorful skirting board. Figure 8 shows a cross-sectional view of the connection between the lamp's front plate and the baseboard. The lamp in the fourth version of the design is shown in figures 9 and 10. The lamp in the third version, shown in figure 9, has a front plate in the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition, the front of the front plate has chamfers, and there is a transparent glass in the front plate. covering the light source, e.g. an incandescent or LED bulb, and a convex lens. The lamp in the fourth version has a baseboard and a fixture which includes a front plate, the front plate has the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition, the front of the front plate has chamfers, the front plate has a transparent glass with a convex lens.
