Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do róznych wnetrz, zwlaszcza mieszkan, biur, sklepów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wie- lokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie nadaja jej charakterystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono w uprosz- czony sposób lampe w widoku ogólnym z dolu, na fig. 2 lampe w widoku ogólnym z góry z lewej stro- ny, fig. 3 w widoku ogólnym z góry z prawej strony oraz zalaczonej ilustracji, gdzie na fig. 4 pokazano lampe w widoku ogólnym z dolu, na fig. 5 - lampe w widoku prostopadlym z dolu, na fig. 6 lampe w widoku prostopadlym z góry. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Lampa z zarnikiem i odblysnikiem w ksztalcie czaszy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma modul wspierajacy i oswietleniowy, z czego modul oswietleniowy ma postac dwóch okraglych wspólsrodko- wych elementów w ksztalcie tuby o zblizonych srednicach umieszczonych jeden w drugim, polaczo- nych przegubowo, z czego jeden element stanowi oprawe zródla swiatla, zas drugi zamkniety z jednej strony azurowym dnem, gdzie azur stanowia prostokatne lub okragle otwory rozmieszczone po okregu jest obudowa oprawy, która ma w scianie prostokatny kanal z ruchomo polaczonym zlaczem z dwu- elementowym modulem wspierajacym, gdzie pierwszy element jest profilem zamknietym w ksztalcie litery „L" o prostopadlych prostokatnych scianach, na którym jest asymetrycznie osadzony prostopa- dloscienny element o zaokraglonych bokach i prostokatnie zlobionych powierzchniach, gdzie przy jednym z narozników podstawy jest detal o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, którego podstawe stanowi modyfikowany trójkat o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 oraz zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 4 do fig. 6.PL 20453 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 20453 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a lamp intended for various interiors, especially apartments, offices and shops. The essence of an industrial design is a new and original form of an object that can be reproduced many times. The new form of the lamp, in accordance with the solution, is manifested in the shape and individual components, which, thanks to the original form, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a simplified view of the lamp in a general view from the bottom, Fig. 2 shows the lamp in a general view from the top on the left side, Fig. 3 shows a general view from above the right side and the attached illustration, where Fig. 4 shows the lamp in a general view from the bottom, Fig. 5 - the lamp in a perpendicular view from the bottom, Fig. 6 shows the lamp in a perpendicular view from the top. IMPORTANT FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN A lamp with a filament and a reflector in the shape of a bowl is characterized by the fact that it has a supporting and lighting module, of which the lighting module has the form of two round concentric elements in the shape of a tube with similar diameters placed one inside the other, jointed , one element of which is the light source holder, and the other, closed on one side with an azure bottom, where the azure consists of rectangular or round holes arranged in a circle, is the luminaire housing, which has a rectangular channel in the wall with a movably connected connector with a two-element support module, where the first element is a closed profile in the shape of the letter "L" with perpendicular rectangular walls, on which a rectangular element with rounded sides and rectangular carved surfaces is asymmetrically mounted, where at one of the corners of the base there is a detail in the shape of a cuboid, the base of which is a modified a triangle with rounded vertices, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 3 and the attached illustration fig. 4 to fig.
