PL 70 927 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest narozna krawedz warstwowej sciany prefabrykowanej zel- betowej przeznaczonej do stosowania w budownictwie mieszkaniowym, przemyslowym i uzytecznosci publicznej. Niewystarczajaca izolacyjnosc scian w strefie narozy budynków powoduje wystepowanie nieko- rzystnych zjawisk wewnatrz pomieszczen. Naroza budynków to szczególne miejsce koncentracji wzmozonego przenikania ciepla, co pro- wadzi do powstania bezposrednio niekorzystnych warunków – stref o gorszych parametrach izolacyj- nosci przegród. PL PL PL PLEN 70 927 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the corner of the multi-layer prefabricated reinforced concrete wall intended for use in housing, industrial and public utility construction. Walls of this type are usually prefabricated and consist of three layers, a reinforced concrete inner layer, a reinforced concrete outer layer and a middle insulation layer. Due to technological and technical conditions, the wall thickness is limited, which makes it impossible to improve thermal insulation by increasing the thickness of the insulating layer. Insufficient wall insulation in the corner zone of buildings causes the occurrence of unfavorable phenomena inside the rooms. The corner of buildings is a special place of concentration of increased heat transfer, which leads to the creation of directly unfavorable conditions - zones with worse insulation parameters of partitions. The corners of buildings are zones where the heat transfer occurs in both directions of the corner walls - it adds up. The effects of the existence of different insulation parameters of the partition in the corners of buildings, in relation to the parameters of the partition in the zones distant from these corners, cause various unambiguously unfavorable effects for the environment inside the rooms in terms of humidity and thermal conditions. The designers' aim is to develop such a solution that would improve the thermal insulation of the walls while maintaining the dimensional and technical limitations and taking into account the economic aspects of execution. The corner edge of the prefabricated reinforced concrete sandwich wall according to the pattern, containing the internal reinforced concrete layer, the reinforced concrete external layer, the base insulation layer and the side insulation layer located between the reinforced concrete layers, is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with a rectangular insulating insert with a cross-section in the form of a cross-section in the area where the insulating layer of the base layer meets the side insulating layer and the reinforced concrete inner layer. It is advantageous for the insulating insert to adhere with its sides to the surface of the base insulation layer and the side insulation layer and the reinforced concrete inner layer. The length of the insulating insert preferably corresponds to the height of the wall. It is advantageous if the insulating insert is made of an insulating material with increased thermal parameters with respect to the base insulating layer and the side insulating layer. The solution according to the formula, in relation to the walls used so far, significantly improves the thermal conditions in the corners while maintaining the safety of the stability and load-bearing capacity of the building structure. By using an insulating insert, the heat transfer path is extended both from the front side and from the side of the wall. Increased insulation of wall corners minimizes the occurrence of undesirable phenomena related to moisture, and also reduces heat losses. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a wall corner in a top view, and Fig. 2 - a wall corner in a perspective view. The corner edge of the wall is made of reinforced concrete internal layer 1, reinforced concrete external layer 2 and located between reinforced concrete layers 1, 2 base insulation layer 3 and side insulation layer 4. Basic insulation layer 3 is placed perpendicular to the side insulation layer 4. In the contact area of the insulating layers 3, 4, an insulating insert 5 is arranged over the entire height of the wall. The insulating insert 5 has the cross-sectional shape of a triangle transforming into a rectangle. The insulating insert 5 is made of a material with improved insulating parameters in relation to the insulating layers 3, 4. The solution according to the pattern can be used in all sandwich walls of various thicknesses and in prefabricated insulating reinforced concrete walls. PL PL PL PL
