The rope tensioner, according to the essence of the utility model, has the form of a plate with a locking hole and two tensioning holes, with side edges shaped so that a straight line drawn through the adjustment holes runs beyond the plate surface. Additionally and preferably, the edges of the openings on one side of the plate are stationary.
