W korpusie napedu 8 usytuowane sa dzwignie 10 i 11, polaczone bezposrednio z zaluzjami 5 i 6. 4 i fig. PL PLEN 70 221 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a wall exhaust air vent for use in a ventilation system, especially in housing construction. The task of wall exhausters used in housing construction is to regulate the air stream flowing through the exhaust air vent, caused by the difference in pressure between the ventilated room and the ventilation duct. From the patent application FR2955920 there is known a solution for an exhaust air vent used in ventilation systems, in which the change of the relative humidity in the room causes the closing or opening of the dampers, thus regulating the amount of air extracted from the room. The regulating element is a belt made of plastic, the length of which varies depending on the relative humidity of the surrounding air. In a solution according to FR2955920, the inlet opening is centrally located in the front panel of the exhaust air. The mechanism controlling the damper opening degree is located in a separate chamber between the base and the cover. It consists of two levers, one of which, connected to a spring, only serves to keep the belt under tension. The second lever is responsible for cooperation with the shutter. The lever is pushed by the trolley to which one end of the strap is attached. The other end of the tape is attached to the stationary body. The body additionally acts as a guide for the trolley and levers are mounted on both sides by means of a pin. The rotating blind is placed in a basket, which is installed in the base so that the lever of the blind meshes with the mechanism lever. Everything is closed in a separate chamber. The disadvantage of the solution described in the patent application FR2955920 is the large number of components, the possibility of controlling only one blind with one mechanism and the lack of possibility of additional manual control. Moreover, a chamber with a control mechanism, isolated on the outside, additionally increases the dimensions of the exhaust air, complicates the construction of the entire device and forces the air inlet to be made at the front of the exhaust air and does not allow for the streamlined shape of the base. Wall exhaust for use in a ventilation system according to a utility model, consisting of a cover, a base and a mechanism for controlling the blinds, equipped with levers and a tape made of plastic, characterized by the fact that there is a socket in the base, in which the universal a mechanism consisting of the drive body with articulated levers connected to the blinds, and a drive sled. The universal mechanism is equipped with an additional lever for manual control or a belt for automatic control. The base is connected to the cover by means of four fixing sleeves with latches, thus creating an air inlet to the exhaust air in the form of a circumferential slot. The blinds are mounted in the base by means of two pairs of independent bearings, embedded in four sockets. The louvres are rectangular in shape and have a curved longitudinal section. The universal mechanism, equipped with a tape for automatic control, has an additional securing mechanism, consisting of an expansion spring with a bolt, as well as a washer and a nut. Preferably, the tape is made of polyamide. The wall extractor according to the utility pattern is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the complete wall extractor (assembled) in the axonometric view from above, Fig. 2 shows the complete wall extractor (in the assembled condition) in the axonometric view from the bottom, Fig. 3 shows the wall diffuser in an exploded view, fig. 4 shows the base of the wall diffuser in top view with section AA marked, fig. 5 shows the wall diffuser in the assembled state in section AA from the side, fig. 6 shows a universal control mechanism in An axonometric view of the folded-up position without the manual control lever, FIG. 7 is an axonometric view of the universal control mechanism in an assembled state with the manual control lever, FIG. 8 is an exploded view of the universal belt control mechanism and the manual control lever, FIG. 9. shows the universal control in the folded-in state without the control lever top view, Fig. 10 shows the base of the wall air diffuser in an axonometric top view, without the universal control mechanism fitted. PL 70 221 Y1 3 The wall exhaust air vent consists of a base 1 and a cover 2. The base 1 is mounted on the assembly spigot 3. The component used to regulate the air flowing through the exhaust air vent is the universal mechanism 4 for controlling blinds 5 and 6. The blinds 5 and 6 are mounted in the base 1 with two pairs of bearings 7. The universal mechanism 4 consists of the drive body 8 and the drive carriage 9. In the drive body 8 there are levers 10 and 11, connected directly with the blinds 5 and 6. The universal mechanism 4 can be in two variants : manual and automatic control of the air stream flowing through the exhaust air. In the variant of manual air flow control, the universal mechanism is equipped with levers 12. In the version of automatic air flow control, the universal mechanism 4 is equipped with a polyamide tape 14, ended on both sides with stops 13. In both variants, the drive body 8 is equipped with in the fastening hooks 15. In the variant of automatic air flow control, the belt 14 is fastened on one side to the movable drive sled 9, on the other side it is fastened to the drive body 8 through a securing mechanism, consisting of an expansion spring 16 with a screw 18 and a washer 19 and cap 20. The belt 14 is held under tension by means of a tension spring 17, one end of which is attached to the holder in the drive carriage 9, and the other to the same holder in the drive body 8. In both variants, the cover 2 is attached to the base 1 on clamping sleeves with catches 21. In the upper part, the base 1 is equipped with them st in the notched rock 23 for manual adjustment, seat 24 in which the mechanism 4 is fastened by means of catches 15, four seats 25 in which the bearings 7 are fastened with latches, and an inlet channel 26 with profiled edges, located inside the stub pipe 3. An additional rubber seal 22 is mounted on the assembly spigot 3. The air stream flowing through the exhaust air can be regulated in two ways. By manual or automatic adjustment, thanks to the use of a polyamide belt 14. In the manual control version, the adjustable movement of the manual lever 12 causes the drive slide 9 to move, which translates into a rotary movement of the levers 10 and 11. The appropriate selection of the lever ratios makes them work in opposite directions, simultaneously opening or closing the louvers 5 and 6. The manual adjustment range is indicated on the base 1 by a notched scale 23 located on the base surface 1. The adjustment allows the inlet width to be changed, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5 in the marked range from Amin to Amax, for example. In the automatic control version, the factor causing the advance of the drive slide 9 is the contraction or elongation of the polyamide belt 14, which contracts and expands due to a change in the relative humidity of the surrounding air. The contraction of the belt 14 sets the drive sledge 9 in motion and further the adjustment process is as in the case of a manual mechanism. The feed of the sled 9 translates into the rotary movement of the levers 10 and 11 which simultaneously rotate open or close the blinds 5 and 6, as is illustrated in Fig. 9 in the range indicated by way of example from Amin to Amax. The safety mechanism 16, 18, 19, 20 prevents damage to the entire device due to excessive shrinkage of the belt 14 at very low air humidity. In this case, the compression of the expansion spring 16 compensates for the excessive contraction of the tape 14. The use of longitudinally curved blinds 5 and 6, and their mounting in the base 1 by means of independent bearings 7, embedded in the seats 25, allows to obtain a very favorable characteristic acoustic. The advantage of the solution is the location of all the control elements of the blinds, i.e. mechanism 4, bearings 7, and blinds 5 and 6 along the air flow line, and not in a separate chamber, which allows to reduce the number of exhaust elements, obtain a slim shape and the air inlet on the external perimeter of the exhaust air. Also, the special structure of the mechanism 4 allows it to be completely hidden in the seat of the base, so that it does not disturb the flow and does not introduce unnecessary turbulence. PL PL
