Plasz¬ czyzny skrzydelek 5 powoduja zawirowanie prze¬ plywajacego strumienia gazu w lewo. W poblizu otworu dyszy 6 kanalu 2 doprowadzajacego ciecz znajduje sie zespól skrzydelek 7, których krawe¬ dzie tworza linie gwintu prawoskretnego. Skrzy - delka 7 powoduja zawirowanie wychodzacej stoz-68 898 3 kowej blonki cieczy w kierunku przeciwnym do kierunku zawirowania gazu. Styczne usytuowanie przewodu 13 nadaje wprowadzanemu do kanalu 3 strumieniowi gazu pewne zawirowanie.Polaczony z przewodem 13 przewód 14 doprowadza czesc strumienia gazu do wewnetrznego kanalu 1.Przewód doprowadzajacy ciecz do kanalu 2 zawiera króciec 15. PL PL PLPriority: 12.XII.1968 Hungary Published: 30.111.1974 68898 KI. 45k,7/02 MKP AOlm t/eo Co-inventors: Tibor Horvath, Gyórgy Kiraly, József Pernyeszi Patent owner: Nehezvegyipari Kutató Intczet, Yeszprem (Hungary) Low-pressure gas jet atomizer The invention relates to a low-pressure air or gas jet atomizer, which enables appropriately fine atomization with low energy consumption. A disadvantage of the previously known air jet atomizers is that they require the use of air at a relatively high pressure, i.e. at a pressure of 3 to 4 atm, which means that atomization requires a high input of energy, which is particularly difficult when designing portable units. In this respect, even the well-known design solution in which the liquid nozzle opening has the shape of a circular ring and is located between the inner and outer outlet openings of the air streams does not provide positive results. The appropriate droplet size can also be obtained in this solution only by generating a relatively high air pressure. The aim and task of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences and to develop an atomizer ensuring the obtaining of appropriately small droplets of the sprayed liquid. According to the invention, a low-pressure gas jet atomizer for a gas pressure of 0.05-0.5 atm, having a liquid supply channel of an annular cross-section and concentric gas channels surrounding it from the inside and outside, is characterized in that in all three channels there are vanes in the shape of a helix, the twist of which in the gas channels is consistent with each other in direction, while in the liquid channel the direction of twist is opposite, wherein the helix in the liquid channel is preferably right-handed, and in the gas channels left-handed. The nozzle openings for the liquid and the inner gas channel are located in one plane, while the plane of the outlet opening of the outer gas channel is located in front of the above-mentioned plane, preferably at a distance of 5 to 40 mm. A further characteristic feature of the jet atomizer according to the invention is that a tangentially connected gas supply line is arranged with the outer gas channel. In the example embodiment, the atomizer is shown in the drawing in a vertical cross-section. In the housing of the atomizer according to the invention, three channels are arranged concentrically: the inner gas channel 1, the surrounding liquid channel 2, and an external gas channel 3, surrounding both of the above-mentioned channels. Near the nozzle opening 4 of channel 1, there are vanes 5, the edges of which form left-hand thread lines. The surfaces of vanes 5 cause the flowing gas stream to swirl to the left. Near the nozzle opening 6 of channel 2 supplying the liquid, there is a set of vanes 7, the edges of which form right-hand thread lines. The vanes 7 cause the exiting conical liquid film 3 to swirl in the direction opposite to the gas swirl direction. The outer gas channel 3, which carries the majority of the gas flow through the atomizer, sieving about 80 to 95% of the total, has a correspondingly relatively large diameter. In the outer channel 3 there are vanes 8, the lift of which decreases in the section from edge 9 to edge 10. In order to ensure uniform distribution of the air vortex caused by the existence of vanes 8, a louver system 11 is used, the oblique inclination of the plates of which is consistent with the inclination of the surface of vanes 8 near edge 10. The air current velocity in the The air velocity near the outlet opening 12 of the external gas channel 3 is 100 to 400 m/sec, while the air vortex leaving the outlet opening 12 has a velocity of 80 to 300 m/sec. The outlet opening 12 of the external air channel 3 is located at a distance of about 20 mm from the plane in which the nozzle opening 4 of the internal gas stream and the nozzle opening 5 of the liquid channel lie. A tangential line 13 supplying air at a pressure of 0.05 atm to 0.5 atm is connected to the internal channel 3. The tangential arrangement of the conduit 13 imparts a certain swirl to the gas stream introduced into the channel 3. The conduit 14 connected to the conduit 13 conducts part of the gas stream to the internal channel 1. The conduit supplying the liquid to the channel 2 comprises a stub pipe 15. Preferably, thermal insulation 16 is provided between the liquid supply channel 2 and the external channel 3. As a result of using the device according to the invention for spraying liquids, 90 to 95% of the droplets exiting the atomizer according to the invention have a diameter smaller than 100 microns. The atomizer according to the invention is particularly suitable for spraying liquids containing a suspension of a plant protection agent against pests by means of air.
