Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, ksztalt, material wytworu. Znane sa swiece ozdobne i dekoracyjne. Swiece te nie sa jednak przeznaczone do spalania od srodka na zewnatrz. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the product's line, shape, and material. Decorative and ornamental candles are known. However, these candles are not intended to burn from the inside out. A wood candle according to the industrial design is characterized in that it is a wooden cylindrical block, and in it there are from 1 to 3 blind cylindrical elongated holes and from 1 to 3 cylindrical inclined holes centripetal, is made in six varieties, wherein the angle between the axis of the blind hole and the axis of the centripetal hole is smaller than a right angle, and at the bottom of each cylindrical centripetal hole there is an igniting mass, which can be of any color, and there is a wick in the mass. In the first variant, the debarked wood candle has two holes, one blind along the axis of the block and the other centripetal, inclined to the axis of the blind hole. In the second variant, the debarked wood candle has four holes, including two blind along the axis of the block and two centripetal, inclined to the axis of the blind hole. In the third variant, the debarked wood candle has six holes, three blind along the axis of the block and three centripetal, inclined to the axis of the blind hole. In the fourth variant, the undebarked wood candle has two holes, one blind along the axis of the block and the other centripetal, inclined to the axis of the blind hole. Essential features of the industrial design. 1. The wood candle is a cylindrical wooden block. The candle has from 1 to 3 blind cylindrical longitudinal holes and from 1 to 3 cylindrical inclined inward holes. It is made in six variants. 2. The angle between the axis of the blind hole and the axis of the central hole in the candle is less than a right angle. At the bottom of the central hole in the candle is the igniting mass, which contains the wick. The igniting mass can be any color. 3. In the first variant, there are two holes in the debarked wood candle, one blind along the axis of the block and the other one centripetal reaching the axis of the blind hole, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 and fig. 2 and in the attached photograph - fig. 13 4.
