Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest okucie do szafek meblowych - kuchennych, garderobianych czy łazienkowych, odpowiadające za prawidłowe działanie i stabilizację stelaży meblowych systemów wysuwnych. Znane okucia stanowią pojedynczy element boczny stelaża górnego systemu wysuwnego. Są one zamocowane jednym ze swoich boków do prowadnic po obu stronach stelaża, a drugim swoim bokiem do dna szafki meblowej. Okucie według wzoru ma odpowiednio wyprofilowany element w kształcie litery 'C’, ułożony na swym dłuższym boku, zapewniający sztywność układu i zaopatrzony jest w dwa elementy montażowe o płaskiej ścianie usytuowane parami na krótkich bokach oraz na długim boku, odpowiadające za przyleganie do płaszczyzn prowadnic oraz mocowanie go do dna szafki meblowej, przy czym elementy mocujące są zaopatrzone w otwory montażowe do zamocowania stelaża w szafce meblowej. Korzystne jest, gdy otwory montażowe mają kształt owalny, co dodatkowo pozwala dokonywać korekty podczas montażu w szafce. Okucie 6 ma odpowiednio wyprofilowany element Λ2 w kształcie litery 'C\ ułożony na dłuższym swoim boku, zaopatrzony jest w elementy montażowe 9 o płaskiej ścianie V\_, które odpowiadają za przyleganie do płaszczyzn prowadnic 7 i 8, zapewniając równoległość oraz trwałe połączenia pomiędzy bokami stelaża górnego 2. Okucie 6 za pomocą elementów montażowych 9 ma możliwość zamocowania do dna 13 szafki meblowej 4, a dzięki specjalnym otworom 1_0 w elementach montażowych 9 istnieje możliwość zamocowania stelaża w szafce w tzw. module meblowym. Owalny kształt otworów 1_0 pozwala dodatkowo na regulację całości systemu w dwóch płaszczyznach. Okucie 6 pozwala zamontować stelaż górny 2 z koszem 3 w szafce meblowej 4 za pomocą wkrętów. Rozstaw otworów montażowych 1_0 zapewnia montaż w module meblowym w dwóch kierunkach: lewo/prawo i przód/tył. Dodatkowo 6, dzięki swojemu kształtowi, odpowiada za przeniesienie większego obciążenia w koszu 3, przy zachowaniu prawidłowych parametrów pracy. It is advantageous when the mounting holes have an oval shape, which additionally allows for adjustments during assembly in the cabinet.
