Description

Zaleca sie pokryc tasme trans¬ portowa rozdrobionym torfem suchymprzed doprowadzeniem torfu mokrego w drobnych kawalkach (fig. 2), azeby zapobiec przylepianiu sie torfu mokrego do tasmy. Tasma transportowa przenosi torf drobny suchy i mokry za posred¬ nictwem pochylni 5 do znanego bebna do mieszania 6, którego slimak wewnetrz¬ ny 7 obraca sie z nim razem, azeby tak¬ ze podczas zmieszania utrzymac stan rozdrobiony torfu surowego i zapobiec takze i tutaj zgnieceniu.Po zmieszaniu doprowadza sie luzna mieszanine zapomoca podnosnika 8 do znanej tloczarki 9 o stlaczaniu prosto- • linijnem i odwadnia ja. Luzna, pulchna mieszanina umozliwia, wedlug wyników praktycznie osiagnietych, zmniejszenie trwania stloczenia podczas odwadniania o 66% najmniej. Wreszcie wystarcza mniejsza ilosc do¬ datków. Podczas tloczenia pulchnej miesza¬ niny zalezy na tern, zeby usunac mozli¬ wie calkowicie wzajemne przerabianie sie torfu surowego i ciala dodatkowego.Waznem jest, azeby materjal po zmie¬ szaniu az do stlaczania nie byl przera¬ biany mechanicznie, np. podczas prze¬ noszenia i t. p. oraz, azeby podczas stlacz-ania skladniki mieszaniny nie prze¬ suwaly sie i lezafy spokojnie, gdyz w przeciwnym razie kanaly, odprowa¬ dzajace wode, powstajaca podczas stla¬ czania, zostalyby przesuniete wzglednie zatkane* '" Proponowano juz usuwac z torfu nad¬ miar wilgoci w ten sposób, ze rozkla¬ dano rozdrobiony torf luzna warstwa na materjalach wysysajacych, bez przesu¬ wania obu warstw wzajemnie, lecz w tym wypadku nie zachodzi luzne mieszanie materjalu, stanowiace wlasnie istote wy¬ nalazku niniejszego. PL PLIn the mechanical dewatering of raw peat by coalescing with hard bodies such as ash, sand, gravel, fine coke, fine peat, etc. and pressers, because it was believed that the length of pressing and the degree of drainage the more pronounced the more closely the relatively crushed raw peat is mixed with the added bodies. The method, which is the essence of the present invention, prevents crushing and intimate mixing and tries to achieve a possibly plump mixing of the raw peat with the flesh added. It turned out that this way increases the degree of drainage, and the duration of congestion significantly decreases. The invention is based on the fact that raw peat is cut without crushing the fibers into fine pieces and mixed, without changing the properties of the small pieces, loosely with the additional body into a fine, plump mixture, which remains in this state until it cools down. with possibly simple motion of the particles relative to each other. To carry out the above method, the raw peat is cut, as is schematically shown for the example in the figure, by means of a pair of known knife rollers and, 2 only cutting and not crushing, into small pieces and fed to the conveyor belt 3, which already has an additional body, e.g. fine dry peat, fed from vessel 4. It is advisable to cover the conveyor belt with crushed dry peat before feeding the wet peat in small pieces (Fig. 2), in order to prevent wet peat from sticking to tapes. The conveyor belt transports dry and wet fine peat via a ramp 5 to a known mixing drum 6, the inner screw 7 of which rotates together with it, in order to maintain the fragmented state of the raw peat during mixing and to prevent crushing here too. .After mixing, the loose mixture is fed via a hoist 8 to a known straight-sinking press 9 and dewatered. The loose, plump mixture makes it possible, according to practically achieved results, to reduce the duration of congestion during drainage by 66% the least. Moreover, the dehydration itself is much better than with the existing mucus mixtures. Finally, a smaller amount of additives is sufficient. The product coming out of the press can be compared to raw lignite and it can be briquetted like this kind of coal. that the material is not mechanically processed after mixing until it cools down, for example during transfer and so on, and that the components of the mixture do not move and stain smoothly during the dipping process, otherwise the channels will drain away. The leaking water formed during the pouring would be moved or clogged * ' but in this case there is no loose mixing of the material, which is the essence of the present invention. EN EN
