Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na rysunku, fig. 1, przedstawiajacym perspektywiczny widok przednio-boczny automatu. Automat sklada sie z górnej czesci w ksztalcie polówki walca, której przednia sciana zamykajaca pólwalec jest otoczona ozdobna ramka o jednakowej szerokosci, pochylona ukosnie w dól. Czesc srodkowa automatu, z pulpitem obslugowym do gry, ma w górze prostokatny monitor, umieszczony w glebi wneki, takze otoczonej ozdobna ramka u góry i na obu bokach wneki z listwami ramki pochylonymi w dól, skosnie w przód automatu. Dolna sciane wneki monitora stanowi pulpit sterowania, pochylony w dól do przodu, z ukladem przycisków rozmieszczonych z lewej strony otworu wrzutowego monet i pod tym otworem. Pod wysunietym w przód noskiem pulpitu znajduje sie prostokatna pokrywa skrzynki monet, otoczona dookola ozdobna ramka o jednakowej szerokosci. Oprócz monitora gier automat ma trzy pola do umieszczania elementów reklamowych i zwiazanych z gra, sa to: sciana przednia górnej czesci automatu, w ksztalcie pólkola; ksztaltowa plakietka na trzpieniu, przymocowana na wierzcholku automatu i prostokatna pokrywa skrzynki monet. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and appearance of the casino gaming machine. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Figure 1, which shows a front-side perspective view of the machine. The machine consists of an upper part in the shape of a half-cylinder, the front wall of which, enclosing the half-cylinder, is surrounded by a decorative frame of equal width, sloping diagonally downwards. The central part of the machine, with the gaming control panel, has a rectangular monitor at the top, located deep within a recess, also surrounded by a decorative frame at the top and on both sides of the recess, with frame slats sloping downwards, diagonally towards the front of the machine. The lower wall of the monitor recess is a control panel, sloping downwards towards the front, with an arrangement of buttons arranged to the left of the coin slot and below it. Beneath the forward-protruding nose of the console is a rectangular coin box cover, surrounded by a decorative frame of equal width. The coin box cover and the coin ejection pocket beneath it are flanked on the sides by decorative moldings extending diagonally downward toward the rear of the machine. The machine rests on a base, which, from the front, forms an empty footwell for the player, flanked on the sides by decorative moldings extending diagonally downward toward the rear of the machine and terminating in a diagonal platform for the player's feet. In addition to the game monitor, the machine has three areas for displaying advertising and game-related elements: the semicircular front wall of the upper part of the machine; a shaped plaque on a pin attached to the top of the machine; and the rectangular coin box cover. Essential features of the industrial design: - The front wall of the upper part of the vending machine, in the shape of a semicircle, with a decorative frame surrounding the wall, directed diagonally downwards towards the back of the machine, - The vending machine monitor placed deep in a rectangular recess, surrounded on the top and sides by a decorative frame of equal width, directed diagonally downwards on both sides of the recess towards the front of the machine and with the operating panel constituting the lower wall of the monitor recess, inclined downwards towards the front, with keys surrounding the coin insertion slot on the left side and from below, - A rectangular coin box cover placed under the nose of the panel, surrounded by a decorative frame of equal width, - Side decorative strips next to the coin box cover and the coin ejection chute, directed diagonally downwards towards the back of the machine, - Side decorative strips of the base recess, directed diagonally downwards towards the back machine and ending at the player's footrest, - Three descriptive and advertising fields outside the gaming monitor, placed on the coin box cover; on the front wall of the upper part of the machine, in the shape of a semicircle and a shaped plaque on the pin placed at the top of the machine.
