Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plakietka obejmujaca symbole graficzne, stosowane jako pamiatka z okazji pobytu w miejscach szczególnie bliskich dla grupy ludzi lub tez do oznaczania takich miejsc. Znaki pamieci charakteryzuja sie trójkatnym ksztaltem oraz pasiastym tlem, na którym w naroznikach trójkata umieszczone sa oznaczenia literowe, zas centralnie ulokowane sa mniejsze: jeden lub dwa nachodzace na siebie trójkaty. Wierzcholki pierwszego trójkata stykaja sie z krawedzia znaku pamieci. W jednej z wersji u dolu znaku pamieci ulokowane jest podluzne wolne pole na ulokowane napisu okolicznosciowego. Znaki pamieci nie maja do tej pory odpowiednika w zblizonych postaciowo przedmiotach. Memorial signs are characterized by a triangular shape and a striped background, with letter markings placed in the triangle's corners, and smaller ones in the center: one or two overlapping triangles. The vertices of the first triangle touch the edge of the memorial sign. In one version, a longitudinal space is located at the bottom of the memorial sign for a commemorative inscription. Memorial signs have not yet had any equivalents in similar objects.
