I i II) oznaczonej literami a, b, c (fig. II), z trzema nakladkami i, k, l; osi ruchomej d z przymocowanemi do niej no¬ zami karbowanemi e; czesci f w osi dla umocowania do niej nozy karbowanych; czesci g w szczytowej sciance ramki C do ustawiania nozy na odpowiedniej wyso¬ kosci, do plaszczyzny ramki w celu otrzy¬ mania krajanki pozadanej grubosci; i czesci h dla umocowania osi w ramce na odpowiedniej odleglosci. The knife-box consists of: a steel frame in the form of a rectangle (fig. I and II) marked with letters a, b, c (fig. with three overlays i, k, l; the movable axis d with notched blades e attached to it; parts f in axis for attaching notched knives to it; parts g in the top wall of the frame C for adjusting the knives to the appropriate height to the plane of the frame in order to obtain slices of the desired thickness; and the h part to fix the axle in the frame at the appropriate distance.
