Profil znajduje zastosowanie w systemach przesuwnych drzwi i scianek dzialowych, w zabudowach wnek. w drzwiach uchylnych, skladanych oraz innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - fig.4, prezentuja odmiany profilu pionowego systemu drzwi przesuwnych, uchylnych i skladanych w widoku perspektywicznym. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze profil pionowy systemu drzwi przesuwnych, uchylnych i skladanych jest zbudowany w formie wydluzonej listwy z wzdluznym wglebieniem w bocznej sciance i z wneka po przeciwnej stronie. The industrial design is a vertical profile for sliding, tilting, and folding doors, designed for mounting along door edges, walls, mirrors, and other surfaces. The profile is used in sliding door and partition systems, in built-in recesses, in tilting, folding, and other doors. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1-4 shows variations of the vertical profile for sliding, tilting, and folding door systems in perspective view. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the vertical profile of the sliding, tilting, and folding door system is constructed as an elongated strip with a longitudinal recess in the side wall and a recess on the opposite side. The cross-section of the profile has the outline of an open perimeter, formed by several interconnected sections located in different planes. The vertical profile of the sliding, tilting and folding door according to variant 1, shown in the drawing, Fig. 1, has in cross-section the outline of an open perimeter formed by the wall 1 with a recess 2 in the middle, which at the top connects at a right angle to the section 3, which in turn is connected to the projection 4 with a diagonally inclined wall, passing through the recess 5 into the arc-shaped wall 6, rounded at the end and bent towards the center of the profile. The wall 1 is arc-shaped at the bottom and connected to an angled arm 7, rising slightly upwards. The arm 7 has a small recess 8 and is connected at an angle to the section 9, the end 10 of which is bent diagonally and with the bent part directed towards the center of the profile. All corners of the profile are rounded. The vertical profile of a sliding, tilting, and folding door, according to the industrial design, variant 2, shown in Fig. 2, has a cross-sectional outline of an open perimeter formed by wall X with a recess 2 in the center, which at the top connects at an angle with section 3, which in turn is connected to a projection 4 with a diagonally inclined wall passing through the recess 5 into an arc-shaped wall 6, rounded at the end and bent towards the center of the profile. Wall 1 is arc-shaped at the bottom and connected to an angled, upward-pointing arm 7. Arm 7 has a slight recess 8 and is connected at an angle to section 9, the end of which 10 is bent diagonally, with the bent part pointing towards the center of the profile. All corners of the profile are rounded. The vertical profile of the sliding, tilting and folding door according to the industrial design, variant 3, shown in the drawing, fig. 3, has in cross-section the outline of an open perimeter formed by the wall l with a recess 2 in the middle, which at the top connects at an angle with the section 3, which in turn is connected with the projection 4 with a diagonally inclined wall passing through the recess 5 into the arc-shaped wall 6, rounded at the end and bent towards the centre of the profile.
