Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, uzywany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy o prostych scianach bocznych i walcowej górnej czesci w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku. Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1-4 ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie prostokatnej, a jej pochylone ku sobie sciany przednia i tylna przechodza w górnej czesci w powierzchnie walcowa, zas jej boczne sciany prostopadle usytuowane do podstawy maja ksztalt zblizony do trapezu zakonczonego u góry elementem kolowym, przy czym przednia i tylna sciana tego trapezu maja w widoku z boku po dwa odcinki proste pochylone ku sobie i polaczone ze soba lagodnymi lukami. Na przedniej i tylnej scianie tego uchwytu znajduja sie wyjecia prostokatne przylegajace jednym bokiem do krawedzi podstawy prostokatnej, przy czym podstawa ta zaopatrzona jest w dwa otwory usytuowane w poblizu jej konców, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie profilowe wyjecie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie prostokatnej, a jej pochylone ku sobie sciany przednia i tylna zaopatrzone w wyjecia prostokatne przechodza w górnej czesci w powierzchnie walcowa, natomiast boczne sciany tej bryly usytuowane sa prostopadle do podstawy prostokatnej i maja ksztalt utworzony z dolnej czesci zblizonej do trapezu zakonczonego u góryutworzony z dolnej czesci zblizonej do trapezu zakonczonego u góry elementem kolowym, przy czym podstawa ta zaopatrzona jest w dwa otwory kolowe usytuowane w poblizu jej konców, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie wyjecie profilowe. The furniture handle shown in Figs. 1-4 has the shape of a solid with a rectangular base, and its front and rear walls, inclined towards each other, merge into a cylindrical surface in the upper part, while its side walls, perpendicular to the base, have a shape similar to a trapezoid with a circular element at the top. The front and rear walls of this trapezoid, in a side view, each have two straight segments inclined towards each other and connected by gentle arcs. The front and rear walls of this handle have rectangular openings, one side of which adjoins the edge of the rectangular base, and the base is provided with two openings located near its ends, between which there is a profile opening. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in fig. 1-4 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a solid with a rectangular base, and its inclined front and rear walls, provided with rectangular openings, turn into a cylindrical surface in the upper part, while the side walls of this solid are situated perpendicularly to the rectangular base and have a shape formed by a lower part resembling a trapezoid with a circular element at the top, and this base is provided with two circular openings located near its ends, between which there is a profile opening.
