Znany terminarz, wyprodukowany przez firme PAPIRUS (www.papirus- studio.com.pl), ma w zlozeniu postac ksiazki malego formatu, w calopapierowej twar- dej oprawie, w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, którego szerokosc, wysokosc i grubosc sa w stosunku jak 9:15:2.Terminarz ten ma trójdzielna o dwóch skrzydelkach, oklad- -ke, której prawe skrzydelko, w widoku rozlozonego terminarza z góry, ma szerokosc równa szerokosci srodkowej czesci okladki i jest nieco szersze od lewego skrzydel- -ka. The subject of the industrial design is a planner with a notebook and multi-page calendar, intended for year-round personal use, particularly for women. This well-known planner, manufactured by PAPIRUS (www.papirusstudio.com.pl), folds into a small-format book with a full-paper hardcover, in the shape of a cuboid whose width, height, and thickness are in the ratio 9:15:2. This planner has a tripartite cover with two flaps, the right flap of which, when viewed from above and unfolded, is equal in width to the center of the cover and slightly wider than the left flap. When the planner is folded, the cover is slightly larger in external dimensions than the two-part planner block within, consisting of a notebook and an address and telephone index. The notebook, containing approximately 50 blank pages, joined together at its upper edge, is attached by its rear wall to the inside of the right flap of the cover and positioned so that the distance from the edge of the right edge of the notebook to the edge of the washable cover flap is less than the distance from the edge of the left edge of the notebook to the left edge of the inside of the right flap of the cover. On the inside of the right cover flap, between the left edge of the notebook and the edge of the inside of the right cover flap, are two pen holders, in the form of threads made from paper strips. The index is as wide as the inside of the center cover. In a folded diary, the right edge of the index and the left edge of the notebook are protected from the outside by the right cover spine, which connects its central part with its right flap. The left edge of the index is protected from the outside by the left cover spine, which connects its central part with its left flap, while the right edge of the notebook is exposed. The width of the diary's left spine is in relation to the width of its right spine as 1:2.5. The outline of the lower edge of the cover of a well-known diary, in a top axonometric view, has the form of a profile in the shape of a horizontally placed, elongated rectangle, the left side of which, extended by its length downwards, passes horizontally to the right into a section whose length is equal to the base of this rectangle. The unfolded diary is folded in such a way that first its left flap is tilted to the right, placing it on the index, and then its right part, which constitutes the right flap of the cover with the notebook attached to it, is tilted to the left, placing it on the outer side of the left flap. The folded diary unfolds in reverse order, in the opposite direction. The essence of the design is the new form of the diary, manifested in the arrangement of the outline lines of its cover edge, the shape of the individual diary parts and their relative positioning, the arrangement of their border lines, as well as the drawings covering the inside of the diary cover and the covers of the individual parts of its block. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the closed diary from a top axonometric view, Fig. 2 shows the open diary from a bottom view, and Fig. 3 shows the open diary from a top view. The template diary, when folded, resembles a small-format book with a full-paper hardcover, in the shape of a cuboid, whose width, height, and thickness are in the ratio of 9:15:2. The template diary differs from the familiar diary in that the width of the left spine of the diary, connecting the left flap of the cover to its central part, is in a 3:2 ratio to the width of the right spine of the diary, connecting the right flap of the cover to its central part. The diary according to the pattern differs from the known diary in that it is folded in such a way that first its right flap, to which the notebook is attached, is tilted to the left and placed on the central part of the diary, which is the central part of the cover of the inner side of which the multi-page calendar is attached, and then its left flap is tilted to the right and placed on the outer side of the right flap covering the central part of the diary. The diary according to the pattern differs from the known diary in that its left flap is, in the folded diary, attached to the right flap with a round Velcro, one part of which is, in the unfolded diary in a top view, attached to the inner side of the left flap on its left side in the middle of its height, while the other part of the Velcro is attached, in the unfolded diary in a bottom view, to the outer side of the right flap on its right side in the middle of its height. The inner side of the left flap of the diary cover is covered with a graphic motif of a year-round calendar, the individual months of which are presented in a tabular form and are arranged in three columns and four rows, of which the first two rows from the top, containing in total, each in order from left to right, the first six months of the year, are placed above the Velcro, while the next two rows, containing in total, each in order from left to right, the next six months of the second half of each new year, are placed below the Velcro. The days of each month of the calendar year are described by consecutive numbers from 1 to 31 and arranged in a table in five columns, each of which is assigned, cumulatively from left to right, to the next week of the month, and in seven rows, each of which is assigned, cumulatively from top to bottom, to the next day of the week, starting with Monday. The individual columns in which the days of subsequent weeks of each month of the subsequent quarter of the calendar year are arranged are numbered in ascending order with numbers from 1 to 5 written in Arabic numerals and placed in a horizontal row situated above these columns, surrounded by a rectangular frame with a height slightly greater than the height of these numbers and the width of the calendar graphic motif, inside which, on its left side, there is the inscription TYPEŃ (WEEK), the first letter of which is aligned with the first letter of each of the abbreviations describing subsequent days of the week, starting from Monday, placed on the left side of the calendar graphic motif, each at the height of the corresponding row of the tables of the months of the calendar quarter. At the bottom of the cover of the multi-page calendar is a graphic motif consisting of a horizontal line, slightly shorter than the width of the cover and symmetrical about its vertical axis. The inscription "KALENDARZ" (CALENDARZ) is placed horizontally above this line, written in a single-line, straight script, with its end aligned with the right end of this line. At the bottom of the cover of the notebook is a graphic motif consisting of a horizontal line, slightly shorter than the width of the cover and symmetrical about its vertical axis. The diary, based on the template, can be produced in a wide range of colors. The features of the folded planner according to the industrial design, such as the right spine of the cover, connecting its central part with its right flap and completely protecting from the outside the right edge of the notebook and the left edge of the calendar, as well as the left spine of the cover, connecting its central part with its left flap and completely protecting from the outside the left edge of the notebook and the right edge of the calendar, make the planner shaped in this way resemble a closed case, which fits easily, especially in a woman's handbag, and to a large extent protects the notebook and multi-page calendar inside against mechanical damage, moisture and dust. The round Velcro fastener that allows for a tight connection of the left flap of the cover with its right flap, one part of which is attached to the inner side of the left flap of the cover on its left side in the middle of its height, while the other part is attached to the inner side of the right flap of the cover on its right side in the middle of its height, protects the diary against unwanted movement of the covers relative to each other or opening of the diary. The diary according to the industrial design is characterized by the following essential features of the industrial design, shown in the drawing, fig. 1-3: - the outline of the lower edge of the diary cover, in axonometric top view, has the form of a closed profile in a shape similar to a horizontally placed, elongated rectangle with a double upper side, - on the cover flaps, in the middle of their height, there are parts of a round Velcro fastener of corresponding size, connecting these flaps in the folded diary, - one part of the Velcro fastener is attached, in the unfolded diary in top view, to the inner side of the left flap of the cover on its left side in the middle of its height, while the other part of the Velcro fastener is attached, in the unfolded diary in bottom view, to the outer side of the right flap of the cover on its right side at the middle of the height in a place corresponding to the location of the first part of the Velcro measured by its distance from the vertical edge of the cover, - the left flap of the cover of the diary opened in the top view has a width equal to the width of the central part of the cover, - a multi-page calendar is attached to the central part of the diary cover, with pages joined together along their left edge with a spiral joint - the width of the left spine of the folded diary, connecting the left flap of the cover with its central part, is in relation to the width of its right spine, connecting the right flap of the cover with its central part as 3:2, - the inner side of the left the flaps of the diary cover are covered with a graphic motif of a year-round calendar, consisting of two segments, one of which represents the first half of the calendar year and is located above the Velcro fastener, while the other represents the second half of the calendar year and is located below the Velcro fastener, - in the lower part of the cover of the multi-page calendar there is a graphic motif, which is a horizontal line, slightly shorter than the width of the cover and symmetrical in relation to its vertical axis, and placed horizontally above this line is the inscription KALENDARZ written in a single-element simple script, the end of which is flush with the right end of this line, - in the lower part of the notebook cover there is a graphic motif, which is a horizontal line, slightly shorter than the width of the cover and symmetrical in relation to its vertical axis, and placed horizontally above this line is the inscription NOTES written in a single-element simple script, the end of which is flush with the right end of this line, - the graphic motif of the multi-page calendar cover and the graphic motif of the notebook cover are placed at the same distance from the lower edge of the diary cover.
