This problem was solved according to the utility formula in such a way that the tensioning device has holes of various geometric shapes with numbers or symbols, preferably arranged symmetrically vertically and horizontally, while the tensioning device The tensioner is mounted on posts with shock absorbers in the lower part. The openings themselves have a swivel and / or fixed catcher and / or a chamber catcher, the pivot catcher being mounted on the upper part of the opening, the catcher fixed on the upper part of the tensioning device or a crossbar, and the chamber catcher on all edges of the opening, while distance buffers are attached to the upper part of the tensioning device, creating a space between the tensioning device and the fixed catcher.
