Abstract

The subject matter of the present invention is an apparatus for training and playing using balls, constituted by a combination of crossmembers and nets that form a frame with two intersecting longitudinal members (1) associated with a central horizontal platform (2) in the lower part thereof and with four vertical longitudinal members (3) and (4) connected to horizontal longitudinal portions (5), forming an essentially rectangular continuous structure that is open in the front, rear, side and upper part thereof. Both front longitudinal members (3) have points (7) for fastening oblique portions (6) that bear a further regular horizontal supporting device (8), which has an adjustable tilt, horizontal crossmembers (9) and (10) being located in the front and upper zone. The framework has at least seven openings for placing the ball: lower basket, upper basket, rear upper opening, right lateral opening, left lateral opening, front opening and front opening of the upper end. Longitudinal (11), horizontal and transverse (12) portions are added in the lower rear zone as support base.

APPARATUS FOR TRAINING AND GAME WITH BALLS

DESCRIPTION

Object of the invention

The utility model presented is intended for an apparatus for training and game with balls with a structure and design that allows a player to practice his aim by sending the ball in different angles and trajectories, thus forming a device that significantly improves the state of the technique and sports articles and practices that can be used in the market.

Specifically, this innovation refers to an apparatus basically formed by a frame with a series of longitudinal and horizontal sections that support several networks strategically arranged to form different openings that allow access to the ball. The objective of the game is that the player throws the ball, propelled with the foot or with the hand, with the precise trajectory so that the ball enters through the chosen opening.

State of the art

There are many devices and devices used in the practice of sports in which the ball is involved, whether by the impulse of the foot or hands: football, futsal, handball, basketball, volleyball, toilet pole, etc. In all of them, the objective is to put the ball in the opposite goal, which can be of the goal type (case of football and similar) or basket (case of basketball) and even in some other, such as rugby or American football, the goal is a structure in shape of H. In any case, placing the ball on the goal requires skill and aim, and it is common practice in training that players do precision exercises in shots on goal from different angles and directions, looking for the best way to place the ball without the player acting as a goalkeeper being able to stop the shot. In general, this type of exercise is performed using the usual goals for each sport, that is, the goal, the basket, the H-structure, and the players take turns hitting the ball, either with repetitive shots or as a result of a joint play involving several players. However, the same goal structure (a rectangular frame that supports a net with a single front opening) or the basket (a ring that holds a net that forms a funnel) significantly limits the ability to direct the ball.

If there is also a need to have a device that has several entries for the ball, which is especially suitable for a single person to set different goals and challenges, and at the same time allow several players to intervene and compete, easily transportable and that is also accessible to anyone, even with mobility limitations, it is clear that the items described do not respond to these needs.

In the field of industrial property, some patents that propose alternative solutions have been filed. This is the case of European Patent 2 240 847 which develops a training device for ball games, which combines two rings, a plurality of bars and networks that make up different openings, in a plurality of alternative embodiments that turn out to be highly appalling. European Patent 2 084 515 also defines a versatile structure for the simultaneous practice of at least one sport, but in this case the result is even more complex. In these and other patents of similar characteristics, it has been intended to design devices and devices that can be used in training sports associated with a ball, but for the most part the result is an excessively complex product, difficult to transport and limited in its application. Description of the invention

The innovation presented in this utility model refers to an apparatus for training and game with balls that is highly effective and functional: it is basically simple in its conformation, easy to move and transport, useful both for the training of professional players and the amusement and / or exercise of any person, effective for practicing and hitting the ball with the feet or with the hand and conveniently sized, which allows its use in a reduced physical environment.

The claimed apparatus comprises a basic fixing structure formed by two cross sections on which a horizontal base rests. In each one of the vertices of the cross a longitudinal crossbar is adjusted in vertical arrangement, in a total number of four, joined at its upper end by four also longitudinal segments but in horizontal arrangement that make up an upper frame. The result is an essentially rectangular structure or frame in which certain openings are evident.

The frame is completed with oblique sections that are fixed at different anchor points located at different heights and located along the two vertical front beams, these oblique sections being the support and support points of a second horizontal and forming frame regular associated to the aforementioned front beams.

This frame is an anchor and support point for networks that, strategically placed, act to stop the balls.

The number of networks is at least three. The first is located at the rear of the frame, held between the two rear vertical stringers. The second is placed in horizontal arrangement, fastened in the upper frame. The third, generally of smaller dimensions, is held in the second horizontal frame, subject to a smaller and variable height according to the position of the oblique sections, which have different anchor points on the corresponding front beams. These last two networks are conveniently bored in their central part to allow the ball to pass.

This particular configuration of the apparatus draws a series of openings through which it is possible to pass the ball, so that the player must hit it - with the foot or hand - with the corresponding force, thrust, precision and directionality to place it through of the opening chosen from among the five possible: a front, two lateral, a low horizontal and a high horizontal.

In order to add greater difficulty, the apparatus contemplates two other openings. The first, at a higher frontal level, is achieved by placing a horizontal crossbar between the front stringers. The second, located in the upper rear part, is achieved by placing a horizontal crossbar in the frame that forms the upper opening, which is divided into two parts.

In this way a total of seven possible openings are formed: two front, two lateral, one low horizontal and two high horizontal.

In an alternative embodiment the distribution of the sections that make up the frame varies, in a more complex configuration in the base. The four vertical longitudinal stringers and the horizontal sections that join them at their upper end are maintained, but the base is drawn from a double anchoring support, the two front vertical stringers being subject to a first horizontal section and the two vertical stringers after a second horizontal section, both sections being associated by a binding section. In this case, the second section presents a regular geometric shape, preferably rectangular, located beyond the vertical stringers, so that the rear net is attached throughout the perimeter of this section, generating greater depth to the frame. Consequently, the upper horizontal sections also extend in their back to allow perimeter anchoring of the network, similar to the bottom.

Both in the main embodiment and in the alternative embodiment, the frame is completed with tubular segments that emerge from the rear vertices of the frame, both at the upper level - two in horizontal arrangement and two in oblique arrangement - and lower - two in arrangement horizontal - and that serve as an anchor and support for the rear network, which is thus substantially and dimensionally wider and is extended over a larger space surface.

The device incorporates rolled media to allow easy mobility of the assembly to move it from one place to another. In a preferred embodiment, these means are specified in wheels associated with the lower plate and linked to a lever which, when pressed, acts on the wheels, which change their situation, going from being in a static position and partially elevated to an active position. and in contact with the ground, facilitating the movement of the device.

As shown in the figures accompanying this specification, the claimed apparatus is formed by a structure composed of crossbars and stringers linked together and several networks, of the type composed of interwoven threads to form a mesh.

Figure 1 shows the basic conformation of the frame, which has in its lower part two crossbars (1) interlinked associated with a platform or central horizontal base (2), each of the four vertices being associated with a vertical crossbar, of so that these four longitudinal stringers, two front (3) and two rear (4) are joined together by some longitudinal sections (5) located in horizontal arrangement that draw an upper frame, forming as a whole an essentially rectangular structure continues and open at the front, back, side and top.

This same figure shows oblique sections (6) that are fixed at different points (7) of both front beams (3) and that support a second horizontal and regular conformation support (8) that is associated with the aforementioned front beams and that its degree of inclination can vary according to the point of fixation of the oblique sections.

The frame also includes elements that add more degrees of difficulty to the trajectory of the balls, marking new passage openings. The first one is specified in a horizontal crossbar (9) located in the upper part of the front stringers (3), drawing an upper end opening. The second is specified in a horizontal section (10) that divides the upper frame into two sectors, forming an anterior opening of larger dimensions, which is associated to a basket-like network, and a later one of smaller dimensions, without network, as detailed in figure 2. In order to give greater depth to the apparatus, seeking greater penetration and greater clearance of the posterior network, the posterior vertices of the base are associated with longitudinal longitudinal sections (11) joined by a third transverse section (12) posterior, forming a lower frame that also contributes to give greater stability to the apparatus.

Figure 2 shows the way in which the device is completed with the inclusion of the networks that stop the trajectory of the balls. The first (13) of the nets is located in the horizontal frame attached to the front beams, being located at a low height with respect to the ground and forming an element similar to a basket. The second network (14) is associated with the upper frame, just in the front opening and also in a horizontal position as a basket. The third network (15) is associated with the rear stringers, the rear section of the upper frame and the lower frame being positioned vertically, in a similar way to a traditional football goal.

With respect to the lower basket or net (13), it should be noted that thanks to the different anchor points of the oblique sections that hold the support, this basket can vary its position from a horizontal plane to other oblique ones, which modifies the point of ball entry

Figure 3 shows the apparatus that is fully claimed, in a preferred embodiment, highlighting a larger rear net (16) that is extended over a larger space surface to protect the flanks of the frame and prevent the dispersed exit of balloons. This is achieved by means of emerging tubular crossbars, two in horizontal arrangement (18) and two in oblique arrangement (19), of the upper vertices of the frame, and two other tubular crossbars (17) emerging from the lower vertices of the frame , always from the back area.

Figure 4 shows the way in which, alternatively, the frame modifies its structure of the support base on the ground, formed by two sections, one front and one rear, associated by a binding section (20). The section posterior is similar to the support frame already described, with the addition of a section (21) that joins the two rear vertical stringers and that links with the section (20). The front section is formed from brief cross sections (22) associated with the vertices of the front beams that extend into two parallel perpendicular sections (23) that join in a second horizontal arm (24) closing the structure. In this same figure there is also an alternative conformation of the frame in its upper rear part, which is specified in two supports associated to the rear stringers in its upper part and joined together by a horizontal section, thus forming a greater support to give depth to the device

As described and shown in these figures, both in the preferred embodiment and in the alternative embodiment, the claimed apparatus has such a combination of crossbars and nets that draws a series of openings that allow the penetration of the balls thrown by the user, these openings being strategically distributed to ensure that the directionality of the ball responds to an express impulse and calculated to reach the chosen point of entry.

As shown in Figure 5, the apparatus has at least seven openings or points where to place the ball: the lower basket; the upper basket; the upper rear opening; the right side opening; the left lateral opening; the front opening; the front opening of the upper end; From these positions, the player can practice throws from different positions, angles, perspectives, trajectories, etc., achieving greater effectiveness and precision in the control of the ball.

Although it essentially responds to the obvious needs of football, the claimed apparatus is perfectly useful for training other sports that use the ball, both for throwing with the foot (football, futsal ...) and for throwing with the hands (volleyball basketball ...) since in both cases it responds to the need to train the way of throwing and how to orient the trajectory of the ball. And it is equally important point out that the device is suitable for non-professional players, of any age and physical condition since it does not require specific preconditions, being therefore a correct device for leisure activities, easy to assemble, install and transport and that, thanks to the provision of its wide rear net that retains the ball, can be used in enclosures and limited spaces.

The frame is preferably formed with tubular structures of rounded shapes, without edges, for greater user safety.

Alternatively, the lower basket simplifies its fastening mode since the horizontal frame or support of the net that forms said basket is directly linked to the lower horizontal platform or base by means of vertical handles and with fasteners to the front vertical stringers , thereby eliminating the oblique sections described in the preferred embodiment of the invention.

Another aspect to consider is that the degree of difficulty of the apparatus can vary considerably by modifying the height of the apparatus, which is achieved by changing the length of the vertical stringers. In this way, the device can be adapted to different levels of training, both for professionals and for diverse users.

As can be seen from this description, the device that is claimed and has a tower-like configuration, despite being designed to practice touch and precision in ball sports - and in particular in football -, It is also focused to attract people of all ages to practice a healthy and fun activity, even the most reluctant to sport since it does not require any special physical condition. It is also a sports practice without contact, therefore without risk of physical injury, in which children, young and old, women and men can compete on equal terms. And it is also a sports discipline suitable for people with physical disabilities or with psychomotor problems, allowing them a healthy sports activity.

The whole device is removable, which facilitates its transport and storage and its location in almost any available space: courtyards, gardens, in the countryside, on the beach ... And if it is considered a fixed and stable location, it is equally functional in schools, public parks, playgrounds for children, sports centers, etc ...

The device's own configuration, with its different openings for the entry of the ball, admits different game modes with different shooting distances and difficulty levels, which allows establishing a competition dynamic between several participants or marking different challenges to a single user .

It is not considered necessary to make this description more extensive so that any person skilled in the art understands the scope of the invention and the advantages derived therefrom. The materials, shape, size and arrangement of the elements, especially the number and distribution of the stringers and nets that comprise it, will be susceptible of variation as long as this does not imply an alteration in the essentiality of the invention. The terms in which this report has been written must always be taken in a broad and non-limiting sense.

Claims

1 ^a Apparatus for training and game with balls, of the type that aims to test and practice throws and trajectories of balls, essentially characterized in that it contemplates a combination of crossbars and nets that draws a series of openings that allow the penetration of the ball, being shaped by a frame that has in its lower part two crossbars (1) interlinked associated to a platform or central horizontal base (2), each of the four vertices of the cross being associated with a vertical crossbar (3), being joined together these four longitudinal stringers, two front (3) and two rear (4), by means of also longitudinal sections (5) located in horizontal arrangement that draw an upper frame, the assembly forming an essentially rectangular and open continuous structure in its front part, posterior, lateral and superior.

2 ^a Apparatus for training and play with balls, according to the first claim, essentially characterized in that both front stringers (3) have different fixing points (7) in which oblique sections (6) that support a second horizontal support of regular conformation (8) that is associated with the aforementioned front beams and whose degree of inclination varies according to the point of fixation of the oblique sections.

3 ^a Apparatus for training and play with balls, according to the preceding claims, characterized essentially in that it has at least three nets, the first (13) located in the horizontal frame (8) held in the front stringers (3), at low height with respect to the ground, as a basket, the second (15) associated to the rear stringers (4), to the rear section of the upper frame and to the lower frame, standing in an upright position, and the third (14) associated with the sections ( 5) of the upper frame, also in a horizontal position as a basket.

4 ^a Apparatus for training and play with balls, according to the preceding claims, characterized essentially in that it incorporates a crossbar horizontal (9) located at the top of the front stringers (3), drawing an upper end opening.

5 ^a Apparatus for training and game with balls, according to the preceding claims, essentially characterized in that it incorporates a horizontal crossbar (10) that divides the upper frame into two sectors, forming an anterior opening of larger dimensions, associated with the net, and a later one of smaller dimensions, without net.

6 ^a Apparatus for training and play with balls, according to the preceding claims, characterized essentially in that the rear vertices of the base are associated with horizontal longitudinal sections (1 1) joined by a third transverse section (12), forming a frame less than Support base mode and greater depth to the back network.
