The technical result achieved by the claimed device in all variants is the expansion of the functionality of the device for playing with the ball in a sitting position with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the upper, side and end surfaces of the body by increasing the volume of the playing space for the possibility of throwing the ball up vertically and diagonally, ensuring the strength and stability of the device. The technical result in the device for playing with the ball in a sitting position according to option 1, containing a body with two gate-seats located at opposite ends of the body with the formation of a playing space, and with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the upper, side and end surfaces of the body, is achieved due to the execution of the upper surface in the form of two inclined planes, consisting of rod elements forming a rib at the junction, and rising above the horizontal plane. The technical result in the device for playing with the ball in a sitting position according to option 2, containing a body with two gate-seats located at opposite ends of the body with the formation of a playing space, and with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the upper, side and end surfaces of the body, is achieved in due to the execution of the upper surface in the form of a number of rod elements connecting the side walls of the housing, and rising above the horizontal plane, while the housing consists of the first and second frontal frames having the shape of a convex pentagon. Description

The field of technology.

The claimed invention relates to devices for ball games in public places: in open areas near residential buildings, in schools, kindergartens, amusement parks, stadiums.

Active games contribute to the proper physical development, emotional liberation of children and youth. Therefore, it is relevant to create gaming devices and equipment for sports games with a ball in the air or in covered public places.

The level of technology.

From the prior art, a technical solution is known according to the patent of the Russian Federation 2756653 Gaming table and gaming equipment (Patent holder: 4 FIT ANDER OY (FI). Published on 04.10.2021) [1]. The gaming equipment comprises a gaming table and seats at opposite ends of the gaming table for playing with the ball in the gaming space formed by the gaming table, legs in a sitting position.

Technical results - providing gaming equipment for training by playing ball games for people with limited mobility of the legs or limited ability to maintain themselves in a standing position while playing with the ball with their feet, as well as providing gaming equipment for playing with the ball indoors.

The playing space of said equipment is formed by the horizontal surface of the table, the side surfaces of the table, and the side and rear surfaces of the seats, and limits the ability of the players to only pass the ball by hitting or pushing the ball with their feet on the horizontal surface.

Known is a football competition device for a multiplayer game, which contains competitive table, gate-seats, side partitions, the lower space of the main competition table is combined with the chairs for the goal, forming a space for simulating a football field according to the Chinese patent CN112263828A (IPC A63F7/00, A63F7/06, A63F7/36, A63B43/00. Published on January 26, 2021) [2].

Known Chinese patent for utility model CN212491429U Entertainment equipment for a seated type football match, which, in addition to a table, gate-seats, side partitions, a lower space for simulating a football field, additionally contains an intelligent light-emitting lighting unit, an intelligent scoring unit [3].

Known Chinese patent for utility model CN217285125U (IPC A47B 37/00. Published on 08/26/2022) Folding table football, which contains the same basic elements as in [2]-[5],but is completely collapsible [5].

Turkish patent known TR202021854A2 ( IPC A63F7/00. Published 02/22/2022) A set of table football games that contains the same basic elements as in [2]-[5],but it is equipped with sensors for scored goals, an electronic scoreboard, and illumination of the football field markings [6].

The playing space in devices known from patents [2] - [6] is also formed by the horizontal surface of the table, the side surfaces of the table and the side and rear surfaces of the seats, which limits the ability of players to only pass the ball by hitting or pushing the ball with their feet on a horizontal surface.

A device for playing a ball game "BENCHBALL" is known (international application PCT/UA2019/000040, IPC AbZV 67/00, applicant: KRILOV, O.A. [UA]. International publication date 06/11/2020) [7]. EFFECT: enabling persons to participate in the game in a sitting position, which largely removes age and physical restrictions for participants while maintaining the competitiveness and entertainment of games. The specified technical result allows the device to be used for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, when playing sports and outdoor activities both outdoors and indoors. However, the known device does not provide an upper surface that is transparent for viewing.

The technical result achieved by the claimed device in all variants is the expansion of the functionality of the device for playing with the ball in a sitting position with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the upper, side and end surfaces of the body, by increasing the volume of the playing space for the possibility of filing the ball up vertically and along diagonally, ensuring the strength and stability of the device.

Disclosure of invention

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the device for playing with the ball in a sitting position according to option 1 , containing a body with two gate-seats located at opposite ends of the body with the formation of a playing space, and with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the top, side and end surfaces of the housing, according to the invention , the upper surface is made in the form of two inclined planes forming a rib at the junction and rising above the horizontal plane, while the housing consists of the first and second side walls, which are the side surfaces of the housing, and having the shape of a convex pentagon, and connecting their upper surface, rising above the horizontal plane; at the same time, each side wall consists of a carrier frame closed around the perimeter and a grid fixed on it, transparent for viewing; while the upper surface of the body consists of a number of rod elements fixed with their ends at intervals on the opposite side walls of the body, namely, on the inclined parts of the frame, with the formation of an increased playing space and with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the gaps between the rod elements;

wherein the side walls and housing are interconnected by longitudinal and transverse lower rigid connections to form a rigid rectangular base of the housing;

at the same time, the seats are made in the form of panels and connect the side walls with their end sides, and the seats are fixed at a height that makes it possible to play with the ball with their feet and throw in or beat the ball out of the goal with their hands; at the same time, the seats are mounted on vertical supports fixed on U-shaped lower ties rigidly connected to the lower longitudinal ties of the body, and the entire space under the seats up to the side walls is covered with a transparent mesh for viewing.

The technical result is also achieved by the fact that in the device for playing with the ball in a sitting position according to option 2 , containing a body with two gate-seats located at opposite ends of the body, with the formation of a playing space, and with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the top, side and end surfaces of the housing, according to the invention , the upper surface is made in the form of a number of rod elements connecting the side walls of the housing and rising above the horizontal plane, while the housing consists of the first and second frontal frames having the shape of a convex pentagon, the racks of which are interconnected by middle and lower longitudinal rigid connections, and the rod elements repeat the shape of a convex pentagon, are located at intervals between the front frames, and the ends of the racks, the rod elements are rigidly fixed to the middle longitudinal connections of the body; at the same time, the side walls of the body consist of a number of vertical racks of rod elements, fixed with their ends on medium longitudinal rigid braces, and a side frame closed along the perimeter, formed horizontally by the middle and lower longitudinal braces, and vertically - by front frame racks, and the side frames are tightened with a mesh , transparent for viewing;

The technical result is also achieved by the fact that in the device for playing with the ball in a sitting position according to option 3, containing a body with two gate-seats located at opposite ends of the body, with the formation of a playing space, and with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the top, side and end surfaces of the housing, according to the invention , the upper surface is made in the form of a dome and rises above the horizontal plane, while the housing consists of the first and second side walls, which are the side surfaces of the housing, and a dome connecting them; the side walls of the body are made in the form of a circular segment and are covered with a mesh transparent for viewing; the side walls are reinforced with symmetrically located stiffening ribs connecting the arched part of the frame with its horizontal base;

at the same time, the upper surface of the case is made transparent for viewing the playing space and represents a number of rod elements fixed with their ends at intervals on opposite side walls of the housing with the formation of an arcuate dome, and with the possibility of viewing through the gaps between the rod elements of the playing space;

The device according to any of options 1, 2 or 3 can be made for two, four or six players.

The device according to any of options 1, 2 or 3 can be made in one piece or in a collapsible design, and the grids can be removable.

The device according to any of options 1, 2 or 3 can be made with a small hole in the grid of the side walls at the base of the body, designed to push the ball to the feet of the players if the ball has stopped in a place inaccessible to the players.

The device according to any of options 1, 2 or 3 may contain chips for counting goals scored on the extreme rod elements and/or be equipped with electronic means for counting and visualizing goals scored.

Implementation of the invention.

Device according to option 1.

The device for playing with the ball in a sitting position according to option 1 (figure 1) contains a body 1 with two seats 11 located at opposite ends of the body 1. The device is configured to view the playing space through the top, side and end surfaces of the body and from the top surface above a horizontal plane.

The body 1 consists of the first 2.1 and second 2.2 side walls, which are the side surfaces of the body, having the shape of a convex pentagon, and the upper surface 3 connecting them in the form of two inclined planes forming a rib at the junction. Thus, the upper surface rises above the horizontal plane. Such an execution of the upper surface increases the volume of the playing space and allows players, in addition to passing by hitting or pushing the ball with their feet on a horizontal surface, to perform maneuvers by feeding the ball vertically and diagonally upwards, which expands the functionality of the device compared to the prototype.

However, as a result of the ball being fed vertically and diagonally upwards, the ball strikes on the upper surface and ricochets on the side walls, which causes additional dynamic loads on the body, and, therefore, entails requirements for increasing the strength and stability of the device as a whole.

The side walls 2.1,2.2 of the body (figure 2) are made with the possibility of viewing the playing space through them. Each side wall consists of a carrier frame 4 closed along the perimeter and a grid 5 fixed on it, transparent for viewing.

The grid 5 is made of a durable material, mainly metal, but it can also be made of a durable cord - synthetic or natural fiber, wood, plastic.

The carrier frame 4 is made in the shape of a convex pentagon and consists of an upper part 6 with sloping sides, two vertical posts 7 and a horizontal base 8. The bases 8 of the frames serve as the lower rigid body ties.

Frame 4 is made of high-quality rolled metal, mainly from a steel rectangular shaped pipe.

The frame 4 can be made as one-piece and prefabricated, all elements of which are rigidly connected to each other by fastening elements, for example, bolts or brackets and other known fasteners. Grid 5 is rigidly fixed on frame 4.

The side walls 2.1 and 2.2 of the housing at the junction of the racks 7 and the base 8 of the frames are interconnected by transverse rigid ties 9, mainly by welding or other mechanical connection, with the formation of a rigid rectangular base of the housing (figure 3).

The side walls can be made convex outward to increase the playing space. In addition, when the ball hits the arcuate surface of the outwardly convex wall, the ball gets an unpredictable flight path, which complicates the game and adds variety to it, expanding the functionality of the device.

The upper surface of the body is made transparent for viewing the playing space. It can be a series of rod elements 10, fixed at their ends, preferably at equal intervals on the opposite side walls 2.1, 2.2 of the body, namely, on the inclined 6 parts of the frame, with the formation of an increased playing space and with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the gaps between rod elements 10 (figure 1, 3). The gaps between the rod elements are made of such a width as to allow one to see the playing space, but not to allow the ball to fly out through them or get stuck in them. Chips 18 can be put on the extreme rod elements for counting goals scored.

The rod elements 10 are made of a steel bar and are fixed on the frame by welding or other mechanical fastening, and are made with the possibility of viewing the playing space through them.

In general, the design of the case with an increased playing space, connected by the rod elements of the upper surface and a rectangular rigid base, is durable and resistant to dynamic loads and intensive use of the device in public places.

In another exemplary embodiment, the upper surface, which is transparent for viewing, can be made lattice. In the following exemplary embodiment, the top surface may be made of transparent, impact-resistant plastic or other impact-resistant transparent material.

The device contains seats for at least two players: one player on each side.

Seats 11 are made in the form of panels, mostly rectangular with metal edging and connect the side walls 2.1,2.2 with their end faces. At the same time, the seats are fixed at a height that provides the possibility of playing with the ball with the feet and throwing or hitting the ball out of the goal with the hands.

The seats 11 are rigidly fixed on the vertical post 7 of each frame and on the vertical supports 12, thus connecting the side walls 2.1, 2.2 of the body, and forming seats for the players. Seats are mounted on vertical supports

12, fixed from below on the U-shaped lower links 13, rigidly connected to the bases 8 of the supporting frames 4 of the body to form a rigid rectangular base of the device.

The connection is made mainly by welding or other mechanical connection. The connection can also be detachable, for example using known fasteners.

The space 14 between the extreme rod element 10 of the upper surface 6 and the seat 11 (figure 4) is designed to place the feet of the players in the playing space when the player is on the seat 11. The space 14 allows the ball to be played with the feet and the ball to be thrown out of the goal with the hands or to catch flying ball with hands.

The space 15 from the outer side of the seat 11 to the cross connection of the U-shaped rigid connection 13 is covered with a mesh 16, forming the end surface of the body, with the possibility of viewing the playing space. The space from the vertical racks of the frame to the vertical supports of the seat is also covered with a mesh 16 to allow viewing of the playing space from the side.

Thus, the seats 11 with the mesh 16 in the end surface of the body and with the mesh in the area from the vertical frame posts to the vertical supports of the seat form a "gate" into which the players send the ball during the game.

The seats 11 are predominantly made of laminated plastic panels - HPL panels, having the characteristics:

increased strength and resistance to mechanical damage;

minimal moisture absorption. The amount of water absorption of the material by weight does not exceed 1 percent;

Seats 11 can also be made of other materials with similar characteristics.

The seats can be made with a rounded edge, which eliminates the possibility of injury to the players' legs and increases their freedom of movement.

In the grid of the side walls 2.1,2.2, a small hole 17 is made at the base of the frame, designed to push the ball to the players' feet if the ball stops in a place inaccessible to the players.

The device can be provided with a floor in the form of a playground (not indicated), on which the markings imitating a football field are applied. The floor may be mechanically connected to the base of the housing, or the housing may be placed on said floor without a mechanical connection. The floor under the seats is made with a slope towards the center of the playing field, so that the ball, when it enters the goal, rolls out on its own from the goal, for the convenience of the players and the continuation of the game.

The playground can be made of synthetic surfacing or wear-resistant anti-vandal rubber surfacing, or HPL-panel, or other wear-resistant and durable material.

The device can be installed outdoors on a natural hard or grass surface.

The device is used to conduct the game both in individual and in command composition. In the individual squad, the number of participants is two players sitting opposite each other on opposite seats, in the team squad - four or six players sitting in pairs opposite each other on opposite seats. In this version of the device, the length of the seat and the distance between the side walls are correspondingly greater than in the device for two players. The remaining elements of the device for four or six players are similar to those discussed above.

The dimensions and height of the side walls 2.1,2.2, the height of the seats 11 for the players above the surface of the playing field are chosen taking into account the age categories and physical capabilities of the players.

Depending on the purpose of the device and its overall dimensions, the device can be made in one piece or in a collapsible design, the grids can be removable.

In addition, the “gates” can be equipped with sensors and sound or light devices to record goals scored. The device may contain electronic means for counting and visualizing goals scored.

The device can be equipped with lighting to illuminate the playing space and lighting the product as a whole.

To ensure the convenience and safety of participants in the game with limited physical and age capabilities, seats can be made with additional fences, for example, with backs and / or armrests

The operation of the device according to option 1.

Players sit on seats on opposite sides of the device. The game is played with feet in the playing space, trying to score the ball into the "gate" of the opponent. With their hands, players can hold on to frames or extreme rod elements. The space between the end rod and the seat allows the ball to be played with the feet and the ball to be thrown from the goal with the hands or the ball to be caught in flight with the hands.

The increased vertical playing space allows players, in addition to throwing the ball on a horizontal surface, to make maneuvers by feeding the ball vertically upwards. Making the top surface of a series of parallel bars makes it more difficult for players to calculate the trajectory of the ball's rebound from hitting one or another bar and hit it, preventing the ball from entering their goal. It becomes more difficult to protect the gate, which complicates the game and adds variety to it, expanding the functionality of the device.

In the device with outwardly convex side walls, the playing space is additionally increased, and when the ball hits the arcuate surface of the outwardly convex wall, the ball receives an unpredictable flight path, which further complicates the game and adds variety to it, expanding the functionality of the device.

The rigid structure of the hull with pentagonal side frames and a rectangular base withstands dynamic loads on the hull, and the shape of the hull ensures maximum stability of the structure against loads. With the help of chips placed on each side of the players, the goals scored are counted by moving the chips from one end of the rod element to the other. Alternatively, the goal devices may be equipped with sensors and sound or light devices to record goals scored.

If the ball has stopped in a place inaccessible to the players, it can be pushed, for example with a pole or stick, through the hole at the base of the frame. The players can view the playing space from above through the upper, transparent surface of the body, and the fans and the “referee” can, in addition, watch the game through the net in the side surfaces of the body and the ball hitting the “goal” through the net in the end surface of the body.

Option 2 device.

The device for playing with the ball in a sitting position according to option 2 comprises a housing 21 with two seats 33 located at opposite ends of the housing 21 (Fig.5,6).

The device is made with the possibility of viewing the playing space through the upper surface, rising above the horizontal plane, the side and end surfaces of the housing.

The body 21 consists of first and second frontal frames 22 having the shape of a convex pentagon. Each frame 22 consists of an upper part 24, made of two inclined parts forming a rib at the junction, and two vertical posts 25 (Fig.6).

The front frames 22 are made of high-quality rolled metal, mainly from a steel rectangular shaped pipe.

The front frame 22 can be made as one-piece or prefabricated, all elements of which are rigidly connected to each other by fastening elements, for example, bolts or brackets and other known fasteners.

Racks 25 of the front frames are interconnected by middle 29 and bottom 30 longitudinal rigid links.

The connection is carried out mainly by welding or other mechanical connection.

The upper surface 23 of the housing is made transparent to view the playing space. It may be a series of rod elements 26 located between the front frames 22, and towering above the horizontal plane. The shape of the rod elements 26 repeats the shape of the front frames 22: the upper part 27 consists of two inclined parts forming a rib at the junction, while the rod elements at the junction into the rib can be fastened with a central upper connection (not shown). Thus, the upper surface 23 of the body rises above the horizontal plane, increasing the playing space. The vertical parts of the rod elements 26 consist of two vertical posts 28, the vertical posts 28 being shortened compared to the posts 25 of the front frames. The ends of the racks 28 rod elements are preferably rigidly fixed at regular intervals on the average longitudinal 29 rigid connections of the body. The rod elements 26 are made of a steel bar and fixed to the frame by welding or other mechanical fastening.

The gaps between the rod elements are made of such a width as to allow one to see the playing space, but not to allow the ball to fly out through them or get stuck in them.

Such an execution of the upper surface, which rises above the horizontal plane, increases the volume of the playing space, making it possible to view the playing space through the gaps between the rod elements 26 , and allows players, in addition to passing by hitting or pushing the ball with their feet on a horizontal surface, to perform maneuvers by serving the ball vertically and diagonally up, which expands the functionality of the device compared to the prototype.

As a result of the ball being fed vertically and diagonally upwards, the ball strikes on the upper surface and ricochets on the side walls, which causes additional dynamic loads on the body, and, therefore, entails requirements for increasing the strength and stability of the device as a whole.

The side walls of the case (Fig. 5, 6) are made with the possibility of viewing the playing space through them and represent a side frame 31 closed along the perimeter, formed horizontally by the middle 29 and lower 30 bonds, and vertically by the uprights 25 of the front frames. The side frames 31 are covered with a mesh 32 that is transparent for viewing.

The grid 32 is made of a durable material, mainly metal, but it can also be made of a durable cord - synthetic or natural fiber, wood, plastic.

The frame 31 of the side wall is made of high-quality rolled metal, mainly from a steel rectangular profile pipe.

The frame 31 of the side wall can be made as one-piece, and prefabricated, all elements of which are rigidly connected to each other by fastening elements, for example, bolts or brackets and other known fasteners. Grid 32 is rigidly fixed on the side frame 31.

The side walls of the housing can be connected by lower cross-links (not shown) to form a rigid rectangular base of the housing;

In general, the design of the case with an increased playing space is durable and resistant to dynamic loads and intensive use of the device in public places.

In another exemplary embodiment, the upper surface, which is transparent for viewing, can be made lattice. In the following exemplary embodiment, the upper surface may be made of transparent, impact-resistant plastic or other impact-resistant transparent material.

It is possible to make the side walls of the case with the possibility of viewing the playing space through them, consisting of a number of elongated vertical racks 25.1 of rod elements, fixed with their ends on the lower longitudinal rigid links 30.1 (Fig.7).

The device contains seats 33 for at least two players: one player on each side. The seats 33 are made in the form of panels, mostly rectangular with a metal edging, and with their end faces connect the side walls 31 of the body. The rigid structure of the hull with pentagonal frontal frames and rod elements rigidly fixed on the middle link, the rectangular base withstands dynamic loads on the hull, and the shape of the hull ensures maximum resistance of the structure to loads. With the help of chips placed on each side of the players, they count the goals scored by moving the chips from one end of the rod element to the other. Option 3 device.

The device for playing with the ball in a sitting position according to option 3 comprises a housing 40 with two seats 51 located at opposite ends of the housing 40 (Fig.8, 9).

The device is configured to view the playing space through the top, side and end surfaces of the housing and with the top surface rising above the horizontal plane.

The housing 40 consists of the first and second side walls 41, which are the side surfaces of the housing, and a dome 42 connecting them, while the upper and side surfaces are transparent for viewing the playing space by the surface of the housing.

However, as a result of the ball being fed vertically and diagonally upwards, the ball strikes on the upper surface and ricochets on the side walls, which causes additional dynamic loads on the body, and, therefore, entails requirements for increasing the strength and stability of the device as a whole.

The side walls 41 of the housing (Fig. 8, 9) are made with the possibility of viewing the playing space through them and have the shape of a circular segment. The side walls consist of a carrier frame 43 and contain a grid 44 , transparent for viewing, fixed in a carrier frame 43 that is closed around the perimeter (Fig. 9).

The grid 44 is made of a durable material, mainly metal, but it can also be made of a durable cord - synthetic or natural fiber, wood, plastic.

The bearing side frame 43 is made in the form of a circular segment and consists of an arcuate part 45 and a horizontal base 46.

Frame 43 is made of high-quality rolled metal, mainly from a rectangular shaped pipe.

The side walls 41 are reinforced with symmetrically arranged stiffening ribs 47 connecting the arcuate part 45 of the frame with its horizontal base 46.

The frame 43 can be made as one-piece or prefabricated, all elements of which are rigidly connected to each other by fastening elements, for example, bolts or brackets and other known fasteners.

At the junction of the arcuate part and the base, the ends of the frame 43 of the side walls 41 are interconnected by transverse rigid bonds 48, mainly by welding or other mechanical connection, to form a rigid rectangular base of the body.

The top surface 42 of the housing is made transparent to view the playing space. It can be a series of rod elements 49 fixed at their ends, preferably at equal intervals on opposite side walls 41 of the body, namely, on the arcuate part 45 of the frame, with the formation of an arcuate dome 42, with the possibility of viewing through the gaps between the rod elements 49 of the game space (Fig.8,10). The rod elements 49 are made of a steel bar and are fixed to the frame by welding or other mechanical fastening, and are made with the possibility of viewing the playing space through them.

The gaps between the rod elements are made of such a width as to allow one to see the playing space, but not to allow the ball to fly out through them or get stuck in them. Chips 50 can be put on the extreme rod elements for counting goals scored.

In general, the arcuate structure of the case, connected by the rod elements of the upper surface and a rectangular rigid base, is durable and resistant to dynamic loads and intensive use of the device in public places.
