Description

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru u zytkowego jest szyna jezdna kolejki podwieszonej, zw laszcza szyna ko- lejki stosowanej w górnictwie podziemnym. Znana jest, z powszechnego stosowania, szyna jezdna w postaci znormalizowanego dwuteow- nika posiadaj acego pó lk e doln a i górn a oraz srodnik lacz acy te pó lki. Obie pó lki posiadaj a jednakowe grubo sci, a zewn etrzne powierzchnie pó lek s a p laskie i s a do siebie równoleg le. Szyna ta ma posta c dwuteownika, w którym szeroko sc pó lki wynosi 0,75 ÷ 0,85 wyso- ko sci dwuteownika, a grubo sc srodnika i grubo sc pó lki zawiera si e w granicach 0,07 ÷ 0,09 wysoko sci dwuteownika. Obie pó lki 1 s a jednakowe, a ich powierzchnie zewn etrzne s a p laskie i rów- noleg le do siebie. Stosunek grubo sci t ka zdej pó lki 1, mierzonej w miejscu oddalonym od brzegu o odle- g lo sc równ a 1/4 szeroko sci s pó lki, do wysoko sci H dwuteownika wynosi t : H = 0,15. Stosunek grubo- sci t pó lki 1 do jej szeroko sci s wynosi t : s = 0,37. PL PLDescription of the pattern The subject of the utility model is the suspension rail track, in particular the track rail used in underground mining. It is known, from common use, to a rail in the form of a standard I-section having a lower and upper shelf and a web connecting these shelves. Both shelves have the same thickness, and the outer outer surfaces of the shelves are flat and parallel to each other. Sometimes bars, slats or other reinforcements are welded to the half of such rails. The railroad rails are also used with sections of non-standard I-sections, in which the thickness of the web and the beam are increased in relation to the thickness of the standard rails. From the description of the Polish utility model, for which the protection right number 33068 was granted, there is a I-section for the suspended monorail carriageway, with bold shelves, here called feet. In this I-section, the ratio of the foot thickness to the height of the I-section is from 1: 10.5 to 1: 8.9, and the ratio of the foot thickness to its width is from 1: 4.6 to 1: 3.8. From the Polish utility model application number 115474, the running rail of a mining funnel is known. This rail is in the form of an I-section, with the width of the flange being 0.75 ÷ 0.85 of the height of the I-beam, and the thickness of the web and the thickness of the shelf within 0.07 ÷ 0.09 of the height of the I-beam. . The rail of the suspended monorail according to the utility model, having the cross-section shape of an I-beam with a lower and upper shelf and a semicolon connecting these shelves, is characterized by the fact that the thickness ratio is The shelf to the height of the I-beam is 0.13-0.17, preferably 0.15, and the ratio of the shelf thickness to the shelf width is 0.35-040, preferably 0.37. The rail shaped according to the utility pattern is characterized by high stiffness and mechanical bearing strength. A significant part of the rail mass is distant from the neutral axis, which greatly improves the resistance index of the rail cross-section on bending. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing showing the rail profile in the front view. In the front view, the rail has a rail profile in the form of an I-section with flanges 1 at the top and bottom, connected by a web 2. Both shelves 1 are the same, and their outer surfaces are flat and parallel to each other. The ratio of the thickness t of each shelf 1, measured at a distance from the shore by a distance equal to 1/4 of the shelf s width, to the height H of the I-section is t: H = 0.15. The ratio of the thickness t of the shelf 1 to its width s is t: s = 0.37. PL PL
