Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac czapek, których ksztalt, uklad linii oraz sposób wykonczenia nadaje im swoisty, nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac czapek przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja czapki w widoku z boku, skosnie od przodu w czterech odmianach przedstawionych na czterech figurach. The subject of the industrial design is a new form of hats, the shape, arrangement of lines, and method of finishing of which give them a specific, new, and original appearance aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of hats manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and aesthetics of workmanship, and is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, which depict the hats in side and oblique front views in four variations presented in four figures. Fig. 1 shows a cap with a headband, a brim, and a pompom, and the essential features of the industrial design are a hemispherical, smooth head with a hair pompom at the top, topped with a wide hair pompom, from under which semicircular earflaps emerge. Fig. 2 shows a cap with a headband, a brim, and a pompom, and the essential features of the industrial design are a hemispherical, smooth head with a hair pompom at the top, topped with a wide hair pompom, from under which rectangular, pointed earflaps emerge.
