Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac beretów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja berety w widoku z boku, skosnie od przodu w dwóch odmianach przedstawionych na dwóch figurach.
