Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac beretów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja berety w widoku z boku, skosnie od przodu w dwóch odmianach przedstawionych na dwóch figurach. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of berets manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and aesthetics of workmanship and is intended to be reproduced in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, which show the berets in a side view, obliquely from the front in two varieties presented in two figures. Fig. 1 shows a beret with a head, a rim and an antenna, and the essential features of the industrial design are the head having a beret shape that allows it to be laid sideways, and the rim is in the shape of a double roll of varied height. Fig. 2 shows a beret with a head, a rim and an antenna, and the essential features of the industrial design are the head with a characteristic indentation around the circumference, giving it the form of a double beret, and the rim is a characteristic half-pleat around the circumference.
