Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac czapek przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: jysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja czapki w widoku z boku, skosnie od przodu w pieciu odmianach przedstawionych na pieciu figurach. The subject of the industrial design is a new form of caps, the shape, arrangement of lines, and method of finishing of which give them a specific, new, and original appearance aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of caps manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and aesthetics of workmanship, and is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrations, which depict the caps from the side and oblique front in five variations presented in five figures. Fig. 1 shows a cap with a head and a brim, and the essential features of the industrial design are a hemispherical head and a double brim of varying height and circumference. Fig. 2 shows a cap with a head and brim, and the essential features of the industrial design are a hemispherical head with a curled-over wattle-like decoration at the top, and a brim in the form of two identical, connected rolls. Fig. 3 shows a cap with a head and brim, and the essential features of the industrial design are a hemispherical head with a spiral stitching, and a brim in the form of two identical, connected rolls.
