Ponadto dodanie do konstrukcji młotka ucha transportowego ułatwia transport i montaż młotków w kruszarce młotkowej. 2 przekrój A-A z fig. 1, a fig. 1, albo 2, znamienny tym, że korpus (2) zaopatrzony jest w pionowe żebra wzmacniające (5).2 PL 64 116 Υ1 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a hammer of hammer crushers used for grinding, especially minerals and aggregates. Hammer crushers are known for grinding various materials, in particular for grinding minerals and aggregates. These crushers use hammers made in the form of castings, which have approximately the same thickness over the entire cross-section of the casting. The hammers have a fixing lug for mounting in the crushing system of a hammer crusher. The hammer of the hammer crushers used to crush, in particular, minerals and aggregates, made in the form of a cast, with a mounting eye, is characterized according to the utility model in that it has a clearly distinguished shape of a beater and a clearly separated shape of the body, the weight of the beater being 40-50% of the total weight of the hammer . The hammer is equipped with a transport eye, which is placed above the mounting eye, and the body is equipped with vertical reinforcing ribs. Thanks to this design, while maintaining the same weight of the hammer, its center of gravity is lowered, thanks to which a stronger impact on the shredded material is achieved during work and, as a result, a more efficient grinding process, as well as increasing the durability and extending the service life of the hammers. In addition, the addition of a transport eye to the hammer structure makes it easier to transport and install the hammers in the hammer crusher. At the same time, hammers made according to the utility model can be used in the existing hammer crushers without the need to change their construction and dimensional parameters. Moreover, the use of such hammers increases the safety and reduces the failure rate of these hammer crushers. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the hammer, Fig. 2 shows the section A-A from Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 shows the hammer from above. The hammer of the hammer crushers is made in the form of a cast. The hammer has a clearly defined shape of the hammer 1 and a clearly defined shape of the body 2. The area of the largest cross-section of the hammer 1 is at least 25% greater than the area of the largest cross-section of the body 2. The weight of the hammer 1 is 40-50% of the total weight of the hammer. The hammer has a transport eye 4, which is located above the fixing eye 3, and the body 2 is equipped with vertical reinforcing ribs 5. Protective caveats 1.
