2 PL 63 697 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego są drzwi metalowe dla zabudowania w szafach metalowych przeznaczonych w szczególności do przechowywania ubrań pracowników przedsiębiorstw spożywczych. Znana jest z polskiego opisu zgłoszeniowego wynalazku nr P.345721 szafa metalowa, która charakteryzuje się tym, że krawędzie skrzydła drzwi zagięte są korzystnie pod katem prostym w kierunku do korpusu szafy, stanowiąc kołnierz wokół płaszczyzny skrzydła drzwi. Innym rozwiązaniem znanym z polskiego opisu zgłoszeniowego wzoru użytkowego nr W-114087-jest szafka pracownicza ubraniowa, która charakteryzuje się tym, że drzwi każdego segmentu od strony zawiasu zakończone są zakładką ze standartowym zawinięciem i od strony zamka wzmocnione są poziomym usztywnieniem w postaci kształtownika o przekroju nie zamkniętej litery „P” oraz dwoma poziomami tężnikam o przekroju w kształcie litery „U” zakończonymi zakładkami. Istotą rozwiązania drzwi metalowych dla szafy metalowej o bokach i górnym ramieniu oraz dolnym ramieniu będących lustrzanym do siebie odbiciem jest to, że górne ramię i dolne ramię mają kształt wydłużonych ceowników, a ich wewnętrzne ramiona posiadają końce w kształcie kątowników skierowanych do wewnętrznej ściany drzwi, przy czym wewnętrzna krawędź górnego ramienia i wewnętrzna krawędź dolnego ramienia mają perforację. The essence of the metal door solution for a metal cabinet with sides and upper arm as well as the lower arm being a mirror image of each other is that the upper arm and lower arm have the shape of elongated C-profiles, and their inner arms have ends in the shape of angle bars facing the inner wall of the door, at the inner edge of the upper arm and the inner edge of the lower arm are perforated. The perforation at the edge of the inner upper flange and the inner lower flange is most preferably in the shape of narrow rectangles. The perforated rectangles are spaced at equal intervals. The advantage of the metal door structure built into a metal cabinet is its rigidity due to the possibility of bending the upper and lower edges, with elongated internal edges and a permanent connection, which enable its use in the food industry, especially made of one sheet of metal.
