Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest brodzik kapielowy narozny przystosowany do zainstalowania w narozu lazienki o kacie prostym, sluzacy na ogól jako podstawa pod natryskowa kabine kapielowa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac brodzika, przewijajaca sie w ksztalcie, która nadaje sie do wytwarzania w produkcji masowej. Wzór przemyslowy stanowiacy brodzik przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje brodzik w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - brodzik w przekroju A-A i fig. 3 - powiekszony szczegól B z fig. 2. Dodatkowo w celu zobrazowania ksztaltu brodzika pokazany jest on na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fot. 1 uwidacznia brodzik w ujeciu perspektywicznym w widoku czesciowo z góiy i z jednego boku od czola, a fot. 2 - brodzik w widoku z góry. Brodzik kapielowy narozny wedlug istotnych cech niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego uformowany jest w postaci monolitu z tworzywa akrylowego,którego dwie boczne sciany, przystosowane do zainstalowania w narozu lazienki, uformowane sa pod katem prostym, natomiast jego zewnetrzna sciana czolowa we fragmentach laczacych sie ze scianami bocznymi usytuowana jest do nich pod katami prostymi, a nastepnie biegnie po luku kolistym o promieniu okolo 55 cm, zas zaglebione wnetrze brodzika ma boczne sciany uformowane po duzym luku, przy czym krawedz górna brodzika, uformowana nad bocznymi scianami, biegnaca od jego osi symetrii, stopniowo rozszerza sie w jej fragmentach laczacyc h sie z krawedzia górna nad scianami bocznymi, a nastepnie zaweza sie w kierunku do naroza, rozszerzajac sie po luku w narozu, w którym uformowany jest w zaglebionym wnetrzu pólkolisty wystep, w którego osi symetrii uksztaltowane jest pólkoliste wglebienie laczace sie w dnie brodzika z otworem spustowym. The industrial design is a new and unique form of shower tray, with a scrolling shape that is suitable for mass production. The industrial design for the shower tray is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the shower tray from above, Fig. 2 shows the shower tray in cross-section A-A, and Fig. 3 shows an enlarged detail B from Fig. 2. Additionally, to illustrate the shape of the shower tray, it is shown in the attached photographs, in which Photo 1 shows the shower tray in perspective, partially viewed from above and from one side, and Photo 2 shows the shower tray from above. The corner shower tray, in accordance with the essential features of this industrial design, is formed in the form of a monolith made of acrylic material, the two side walls of which, adapted for installation in the corner of the bathroom, are formed at right angles, while its external front wall in the fragments connecting with the side walls is situated at right angles to them and then runs along a circular arc with a radius of approximately 55 cm, while the recessed interior of the shower tray has side walls formed along a large arc, wherein the upper edge of the shower tray, formed above the side walls, running from its axis of symmetry, gradually widens in its fragments connecting with the upper edge above the side walls, and then narrows towards the corner, widening along the arc in the corner in which the corner is formed. A semicircular protrusion recessed in the interior, with a semicircular recess formed along its axis of symmetry, connecting to the drain hole in the bottom of the shower tray. The shower tray is also characterized by its inner side walls connecting to the upper edge in a gentle arc, which continues into the interior of the shower tray along an arc line to a flat bottom, positioned slightly inclined towards the drain hole.
