Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego - oceniana na tle opakowan innych producentów armatury, które to opakowania w kazdym przypadku sa charakterystyczne i w zaden sposób do siebie niepodobne - przejawia sie jego nowa forma graficzna, wynikajaca z charakterystycznej kolorystyki i wzajemnego przenikania sie kolorów oraz rozmieszczeniem napisów firmowych. Pudelko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ulokowane na wieku oraz na scianie przedniej i scianach bocznych prostokaty wykonane kilkoma cienkimi liniami w kolorze zlotym, u góry których ulokowany jest napis VALVEX na tle stylizowanej litery V. Powierzchnia pudelka ma czarna tonacje kolorystyczna, regularnie i nieregularnie, miejscami rozjasnianej kolorem jasniejszym od czarnego. Dno pudelka jest biale i obwiedzione kolorem ciemniejszym.Na wieku czarna tonacja przechodzi w jasniejsza plame po lewej stronie oraz jasniejsze paski o zanikajacej ku srodkowi dlugosci po prawej stronie, a u dolu ma paski na calej dlugosci i zmieniajacym sie natezeniu koloru jasniejszego. Sciana przednia oraz sciany boczne, od prawej strony maja jasniejsza plame nastepnie wylaniajace sie dwie kolumny jasniejszych pasków o wyraznych krawedziach, ale zanikajacych koncach. W dolnej czesci tych scian, miedzy jasniejsza plama i pierwsza kolumna jasniejszych pasków jest mala jasniejsza plama i taka sama plama znajduje sie za druga kolumna jasniejszych pasków. Obok tej plamy znajduje sie podluzne waskie rozjasnienie. Prócz opisanych wyzej regularnych rozjasnien ulokowanych w stalych miejscach, pudelko ma równiez rozjasnienia nieregularne w róznych miejscach. The novelty and originality of the industrial design—judged against the packaging of other plumbing fixture manufacturers, which are always distinctive and in no way similar—is evident in its new graphic form, resulting from the distinctive color scheme, the interpenetration of colors, and the arrangement of the company's inscriptions. The box, based on the industrial design, features rectangles on the lid, front, and side walls, made with several thin gold lines. At the top of these rectangles is the inscription VALVEX against a stylized letter V. The box's surface has a black color tone, both regular and irregular, in places highlighted with a lighter shade than black. The bottom of the box is white and outlined in a darker color. On the lid, the black tone transitions to a lighter spot on the left side and lighter stripes, fading toward the center on the right side. At the bottom, the stripes run the entire length and vary in intensity. The front and side walls, on the right side, have a lighter spot, followed by two columns of lighter stripes with distinct edges but fading ends. At the bottom of these walls, between the lighter spot and the first column of lighter stripes, is a small lighter spot, and the same spot is located behind the second column of lighter stripes. Next to this spot is a narrow, elongated highlight. In addition to the regular highlights described above, located in fixed locations, the box also has irregular highlights in various places. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings and photographs, in which fig. 1 shows the box in an unfolded state, fig. 2 shows photographs of the box in an unfolded state in a version lightened with navy blue, fig. 3 in a version lightened with blue, fig. 4 in a version lightened with purple, fig. 5 in a version lightened with white, fig. 6 in a version lightened with green, fig. 7 in a version lightened with turquoise, fig. 8 in a version lightened with burgundy, fig. 9 in a version lightened with red, and fig. 10 in a version lightened with orange. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The box has rectangles on the lid, front, and side walls marked with several thin gold lines, in the upper part of which the inscription VALVEX is located against a stylized letter V. 2. The surface of the box is black, in places lightened - regularly or irregularly - with a color lighter than black, while the bottom of the box is white and outlined in a darker color. 3. Regular highlights are located: - on the lid, the black tone transitions into a lighter spot on the left side and lighter stripes of fading length, and at the bottom, stripes along the entire length and with changing intensity of the lighter color; - on the front wall and on the side walls, from the right, a lighter spot is located, then two columns of lighter stripes emerge with distinct edges and fading ends; - in the lower part of the walls, between the lighter spot and the first column of lighter stripes, there is a small lighter spot, and the same spot is behind the second column of lighter stripes, and next to this spot there is a narrow highlight. 4. Irregular highlights are distributed across the entire colored surface of the box. 5.
