W odniesieniu do znanych pojemników, sluzacych do przewozu i transportu róznych drobnych przedmiotów, nowosc i indywidualny charakter postaci wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie oraz cechach jego linii i konturów. Dwuelementowa zabawka dziecieca, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w postaci kasku wraz z fotelikiem, korzystnie wykonana w formie tekturowej skladanki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jeden z elementów ma wieloplaszczyznowa przestrzenna postac kasku, utworzona przez rózne w ksztalcie wieloboczne figury geometryczne, których linie tworzace te figury stanowia linie zalaman, a figury zewnetrzne zaopatrzone sa w otwory koliste, natomiast dwie figury zaopatrzone sa takze w otwory czteroboczne. Fotelik moze byc wyposazony w uchwyty, umozliwiajace jego zamocowanie na kierownicy lub na przednim widelcu rowerka, hulajnogi lub podobnego urzadzenia oraz w elementy mocujace przewozona zabawke do fotelika.Dwuelementowa zabawka dziecieca wykonana jest w postaci skladanki z tektury lub innego plastycznego materialu. Wzór przemyslowy zawiera dwa elementy, przedstawione ponizej w wykazie dwuelementowej zabawki dzieciecej: 1. kask w formie wieloplaszczyznowej przestrzennej postaci, utworzonej przez rózne w ksztalcie wieloboczne figury geometryczne, których linie tworzace te figury stanowia linie zalaman, a figury zewnetrzne zaopatrzone sa w otwory koliste, natomiast dwie figury zaopatrzone sa takze w otwory czteroboczne, 2. fotelik w postaci dwóch czworobocznych plaszczyzn, gdzie plaszczyzna siedziska i oparcia usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie pod katem, utworzonym po zgieciu tych dwóch plaszczyzn wzdluz linii zalamania przy czym plaszczyzna oparcia i siedziska fotelika ograniczone sa po bokach waskimi prostopadlymi plaszczyznami o wyoblonych rogach, a oparcie oraz siedzisko fotelika zaopatrzone jest w koliste otwory. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze dwuelementowa zabawka dziecieca ma postac zestawu transportowego skladajacego sie z dwóch elementów, z których jeden stanowi wieloplaszczyznowa przestrzenna postac kasku, utworzona przez rózne w ksztalcie wieloboczne figury geometryczne, których linie tworzace te figury stanowia linie zalaman, a figury zewnetrzne zaopatrzone sa w otwory koliste, natomiast dwie figury zaopatrzon e sa takze w otwory czteroboczne. Compared to known containers used for transporting various small items, the novelty and individual character of the industrial design manifests itself in its characteristic shape and the characteristics of its lines and contours. The two-piece children's toy, according to the industrial design, in the form of a helmet with a seat, preferably made in the form of a cardboard folding assembly, is characterized by one element having a multifaceted, three-dimensional helmet shape, formed by polygonal geometric figures of various shapes, the lines of which form these figures are broken lines, and the outer figures are provided with circular openings, while two figures are also provided with four-sided openings. A helmet, when polygonal shapes are bent along the fold lines, creates a protective headgear for, for example, a doll. A two-piece children's toy seat is constructed from two surfaces, where the seat and backrest are positioned at an angle to each other, formed by bending these two surfaces along the fold line. The backrest and seat surfaces are bounded on the sides by narrow perpendicular surfaces with rounded corners, and the backrest and seat are provided with circular openings. The seat may be equipped with handles for mounting on the handlebars or front fork of a bicycle, scooter, or similar device, as well as with fasteners for attaching the toy to the seat. A two-piece children's toy is made of cardboard or other plastic material in a foldable form. The industrial design contains two elements, presented below in the list of a two-element children's toy: 1. a helmet in the form of a multi-plane spatial form, formed by polygonal geometric figures of various shapes, the lines forming these figures being broken lines, and the outer figures being provided with circular openings, while two figures are also provided with quadrilateral openings, 2. a seat in the form of two quadrilateral planes, where the plane of the seat and the backrest are situated in relation to each other at an angle formed after bending these two planes along the break line, with the plane of the backrest and the seat of the seat being bounded on the sides by narrow perpendicular planes with rounded corners, and the backrest and the seat of the seat being provided with circular openings. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached schematic drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 represent a helmet, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 a seat. The essential features of the industrial design are that the two-component children's toy takes the form of a transport set consisting of two elements, one of which is a multi-faceted, three-dimensional helmet, formed by polygonal geometric figures of various shapes, the lines of which form these figures constitute fold lines, and the outer figures are provided with circular openings, while two figures are also provided with four-sided openings. The helmet, when the polygonal figures are folded along the fold lines, forms a protective headgear for, for example, a doll. The seat made of a two-piece children's toy has the form of two planes, where the plane of the seat and the backrest are situated in relation to each other at an angle created by bending these two planes along the fold line, while the plane of the backrest and the seat of the seat are limited on the sides by narrow perpendicular planes with rounded corners, and the backrest and the seat of the seat are provided with circular holes.
