Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotelik zabawka, przeznaczony do przewozenia, na przyklad na kierownicy rowerka, lalek, misiów i innych tego rodzaju zabawek lub do ich przenoszenia, na przyklad jako plecak lub nosidelko. W odniesieniu do znanych pojemników, sluzacych do przewozu i transportu albo noszenia róznych drobnych przedmiotów, zwlaszcza zabawek w postaci lalek lub podobnych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter postaci wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie oraz cechach jego linii i konturów. Fotelik zabawka ma przestrzenna postac dwóch czworobocznych plaszczyzn, usytuowanych wzgledem siebie pod katem, przy czym plaszczyzny oparcia i siedziska fotelika ograniczone sa po bokach dwoma prostopadlymi plaszczyznami, a powierzchnia plaszczyzny oparcia i siedziska fotelika ozdobiona jest ornamentem w postaci siatki. Fotelik zabawka moze byc wyposazony w uchwyty, umozliwiajace jego zamocowanie na kierownicy lub na przednim widelcu rowerka, hulajnogi lub podobnego urzadzenia oraz w elementy mocujace przewozona zabawke do fotelika albo wyposazony jest w elementy umozliwiajace przenoszenie fotelika, na przyklad jako plecaka lub innego nosidelka. Fotelik zabawka wykonany jest z materialu trwalego, korzystnie z masy plastycznej.Wzór przemyslowy zawiera odmiany, przedstawione ponizej w wykazie odmian: 1. fotelik w postaci dwóch czworobocznych plaszczyzn, zblizonych w ksztalcie do trapezu, gdzie plaszczyzna siedziska i oparcia usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie pod katem, przy czym plaszczyzny oparcia i siedziska fotelika ograniczone sa po bokach dwoma plaszczyznami, których zewnetrzna krawedz wkleslym lukiem przechodzi pod plaszczyzne siedziska laczac sie z pogrubiona przednia krawedzia siedziska, a oparcie oraz siedzisko fotelika sa ozdobione ornamentem w postaci siatki, w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu; 2. fotelik w postaci dwóch czworobocznych plaszczyzn, w których zewnetrzne krawedzie: górna oparcia i dolna siedziska, przechodza w odchylone zewnetrznie prostokaty z prostokatnymi wewnetrznymi wycieciami, a plaszczyzna siedziska i oparcia usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie pod katem, przy czym plaszczyzny oparcia i siedziska fotelika ograniczone sa po bokach dwoma prostopadlymi wzgledem nich plaszczyznami w ksztalcie dwóch ramion, z których ramie oparcia tworzy ksztalt nieregularnego czworoboku, a ramie siedziska tworzy ksztalt trójkata, natomiast oparcie oraz siedzisko fotelika sa ozdobione ornamentem o postaci siatki w ksztalcie kolistym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym schematycznym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawia odmiany fotelika zabawki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze fotelik zabawka ma postac dwóch czworobocznych plaszczyzn, zblizonych w ksztalcie do trapezu, gdzie plaszczyzna siedziska i oparcia usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie pod katem, przy czym plaszczyzny oparcia i siedziska fotelika ograniczone sa po bokach dwoma plaszczyznami, których krawedz zewnetrzna wkleslym lukiem przechodzi pod plaszczyzne siedziska laczac sie z; pogrubiona przednia krawedzia siedziska, a oparcie oraz siedzisko fotelika sa ozdobione ornamentem w postaci siatki, w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu. Cechy istotne w odmianie wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze fotelik zabawka ma postac dwóch czworobocznych plaszczyzn, w których zewnetrzne krawedzie: górna oparcia i dolna siedziska przechodza w odchylone zewnetrznie prostokaty z prostokatnymi wewnetrznymiwycieciami, a plaszczyzna siedziska i oparcia usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie pod katem, przy czym plaszczyzny oparcia i siedziska fotelika ograniczone sa po bokach dwoma prostopadlymi wzgledem nich plaszczyznami w ksztalcie dwóch ramion, z których ramie oparcia tworzy ksztalt nieregularnego czworoboku, a ramie siedziska tworzy ksztalt trójkata, natomiast oparcie oraz siedzisko fotelika sa ozdobione ornamentem o postaci siatki w ksztalcie kolistym.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toy seat designed to carry dolls, teddy bears, and other such toys, for example, on the handlebars of a bicycle, or to carry them, for example, as a backpack or a carrier. Compared to known containers used for carrying, transporting, or carrying various small items, especially toys in the form of dolls or similar, the novelty and individual character of the industrial design manifests itself in the characteristic shape and features of its lines and contours. The toy seat has a three-dimensional form consisting of two quadrilateral surfaces, arranged at an angle to each other, with the surfaces of the backrest and seat of the seat bounded on the sides by two perpendicular surfaces, and the surface of the backrest and seat of the seat is decorated with a mesh ornament. A toy seat may be equipped with handles enabling it to be attached to the handlebar or front fork of a bicycle, scooter or similar device, and with elements for attaching the toy being carried to the seat, or it may be equipped with elements enabling the seat to be carried, for example as a backpack or other carrier. The toy seat is made of a durable material, preferably plastic. The industrial design includes varieties, presented below in the list of varieties: 1. a seat in the form of two quadrilateral planes, similar in shape to a trapezoid, where the planes of the seat and backrest are situated at an angle to each other, wherein the planes of the backrest and seat of the seat are bounded on the sides by two planes, the outer edge of which passes under the plane of the seat with a concave arc, connecting with the thickened front edge of the seat, and the backrest and seat of the seat are decorated with an ornament in the form of a mesh, similar in shape to a trapezoid; 2. a seat in the form of two quadrilateral surfaces, in which the outer edges: the upper backrest and the lower seat, merge into outwardly inclined rectangles with rectangular inner cutouts, and the seat and backrest surfaces are positioned at an angle to each other, with the backrest and seat surfaces of the seat bounded on the sides by two perpendicular surfaces in the shape of two arms, of which the backrest arm forms the shape of an irregular quadrilateral and the seat arm forms the shape of a triangle, while the backrest and seat of the seat are decorated with an ornament in the form of a circular mesh. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached schematic drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show variations of the toy seat. The essential features of the industrial design are that the toy seat has the form of two quadrilateral planes, similar in shape to a trapezium, where the plane of the seat and the backrest are situated at an angle to each other, and the planes of the backrest and the seat of the seat are bounded on the sides by two planes, the outer edge of which passes under the plane of the seat in a concave arc, connecting with; the thickened front edge of the seat, and the backrest and the seat of the seat are decorated with an ornament in the form of a mesh, similar in shape to a trapezium.
