Znana dotychczas plyta drewno-betonowa z opisu ochronnego wzoru uzytkowego nr Ru-55067 ma postac bryly, której poziome plaszczyzny, powierzchnie walcowe i pla¬ szczyzny skosne tworza charakterystyczne fale. Natomiast wszystkie powierzchnie zewnetrzne sa geometrycznie wielospójne poprzez usytuowanie w nich pustki powietrzne i drewniane zrebki. Ksztalt plyty wyznaczaja parametry ujete w nastepujaca zaleznosc. Wreby 4 maja uksztaltowane pólkoliste korytkowe zakonczenia o promieniu zao¬ kraglenia RL Natomiast wystepy 5 maja uksztaltowane pólkoliste zwienczenia o promieniu zaokraglenia R2, przy czym promien promien korytkowego zakonczenia RJ_ jest wiekszy od promienia pólkolistego zwienczenia R2 o wspólczynnik 1,25.Zglaszajacy: Henryk Czaja, Przemyslaw Czaja, Andrzej Sidelko Pelnomocnik:112 08 7 PL PLThe subject of the utility model is a sound-absorbing sawdust concrete panel in the form of a block, intended for intensive noise suppression for motorways and communication routes, as well as for circular transport routes and along railway transport lines. The previously known wood-concrete panel from the description of the protective utility model No. 55067 has the form of a solid whose horizontal planes, cylindrical surfaces and oblique planes create characteristic waves. On the other hand, all external surfaces are geometrically multi-coherent due to the location of air voids and wooden chips in them. The shape of the plate is determined by the parameters included in the following relationship. (t: a: g: c: h: r) = (1: 10: 1: 1.36: 1.60.0.24) Another known sound-absorbing sawdust concrete plate from the Polish description of the utility model No. Ru-58436 is characterized by the fact that on its outer surface, adjacent to a known concrete slab, it has half cylindrical resonant grooves opposite the trapezoidal projections in their common transverse axis, the semi-cylindrical resonant grooves constituting chambers in conjunction with the concrete plate forming resonator assemblies. There is also a screen that suppresses noise and absorbs car exhaust fumes along roads and highways from the application description No. P-303994, which is made of a number of elements in the form of a prism with a regular hexagonal base having perforated slots on all side surfaces. The individual elements are built in the foot. The essence of the utility pattern is characterized by the fact that the notches have semi-circular trough ends at the bottom with a larger radius of rounding, while the projections have at the top of the fields - 2-circular tops with a smaller radius of rounding, the radius of the cortical ending is greater than the radius of the semicircular top by a factor of 1.25, while the length "b" of the panel is four times greater than its width "A" Sound-absorbing disc according to the pattern is characterized by a high coefficient of sound absorption in a narrow frequency band, coinciding with the band of occurring noise extremes, especially in communication noise. The solution according to the utility pattern enables easy installation of the acoustic screen, and the surfaces of sawdust concrete panels are characterized by very good adhesion, which enables effective and durable covering of this surface with paints and varnishes or other finishing materials. An additional advantage of the solution according to the utility pattern is that the use of semicircular ends of notches and the use of semicircular tips of protrusions allow to increase the efficiency of dissipating the energy of the voice wave. Moreover, the larger radius of the cortical ending of the notch allows for free arrangement of the edges of the groove without interfering with each other. is shown in the attached drawing showing the plate in an axonometric view. The sound-absorbing plate 1 comprises a theoretical outer face 2 and an inner flat face 3, the length "b" of the plate I being four times its width "a". On the outer surface 2 are notches 4 and islets 5. The notches 4 have semicircular trough-shaped ends with a curvature radius RL, whereas the protrusions 5 have semicircular shapes with a curvature radius R2, with the radius of the cortical ending radius RJ_ larger than the radius of the cortex. of the semicircular crowning R2 with the factor 1.25 Applicant: Henryk Czaja, Przemyslaw Czaja, Andrzej Sidelko Representative: 112 08 7 PL PL
